Taking down the defective motor of centrifugal pump set of any make 415 volt 3 phase by dismantling the electrical connections, removing the motor from bed by decoupling from pump set at site in presence of JE E/M & Engr-in-charge, transporting to workshop, dismantling it completely, removing the burnt out winding, rewinding the same with super enameled copper wire of same gauge and with necessary insulating material, varnishing and re assembling the motor completly with all connections and fixing to the original position and coupling with pump and necessary alignment etc with two coat synthetic enameled paint including scraping old paint complete and written MES/SM No, testing and commissioning all as directed by Engr-in-charge for following capacity :- Note: (i) A warranty of two year shall be given for satisfactory performance of motor (ii) Alternative arrangement of motor for water supply will be arrange by the contractor if the pump is not repaired within seven days of failure of motor the cost of same will be deemed to be included in the above item (iii) All the T&P items i.e. chain pully block & tripart shall be arrange by the contractor without claiming any extra cost. (iv) Transportation from MES pump house work shop shall be arrange by the contractor without claiming any extra cost (v) Burnt out removed winding wire shall be property of contractor through schedule of credit.

Servicing of centrifugal pump set by dismantling completely and replacing unserviceable ball bearing, shaft sleeve, gland nack ring gland rope, nut and bolts etc at site in presence of JE E/M/Engr in charge and re-assembling back the complete pump and fixing alignment to the original position and coupling with motor and necessary alignment etc with two coat synthetic enameled paint including scraping of old paint complete and written MES/SM No, testing and commissioning all as directed by Engr-in-charge for following capacity :- . Checking of leakage in gland packing, shifting base, bushes sluice valves, gate valves etc and rectification. (ii) Checking for any undue noise of motor pump and rectification. (iii) Checking for proper aligment and rectification. (iv) Checking for proper lubrication in bearing and lubricating.

Lifting/Lowering of the heavy duty flanged column pipe of 80mm to150 mm bore length not exceeding 100 mtr existing size etc. by dismantling the bolts nuts washers, rubber flanged etc and supply and fixing the serviceable nut, bolts, washer, rubber joint complete with taking out and lowering of submersible pump set along with the submersible cable complete all as directed.

Supply and fix MS Nuts, bolts & washers of suitable size matching with the existing flange of borewell complete all as directed.

Suply and fix in repair of Rubber gascket of size 150 mm dia duly drilled holes as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

Suply and fix in repair of Rubber gascket of size 80 mm dia duly drilled holes as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Disconnectinng and dismantling unserviceble submersible pumping set of following capacity from bore well and dismantling pump motor set at site in presence of JE E/M, Engr-in-charge for checking complete carrying pump motor set to repair workshop for repair of pump set with replacement of unserviceable pump parts/spares parts and fixing serviceable parts complete reassembling & reconnecting to MS column pipes of existing size and testing and commissioning all as directed by Engr-in-charge for following capacity. Note: Date of change of filter media shall be written over the surface/wall of tank by synthetic enamel paint with letter not less than 100mm hight. Cost of letter writing shall deemed included in quoted rate.

Chlorine,Sulphate, Chlorine, Sodium, Potassium, Manganese, total hardness, Mercury, Phenolic compound, oil and grease, Antimony, Lead, Cadmium, TPC at 22 degree Celcious, Escherichia Coli, Coliform Bacteria, Fecal streptocous, complete all as specified and directed.

Testing of Raw water at main pump house, Following parameters is tested on regular basis from any recogonised Govt lab or authoeised lab and Testing certificate is submitted to GE Umroi Complete as directed by Engr in charge PH, TDS, Turbidity, Odor, Iron, Fluoride, Arsenic, Alkalinity, Calcium, Magnesium, Res. Chlorine,Sulphate, Chlorine, Sodium, Potassium, Manganese, total hardness, Mercury, Phenolic compound, oil and grease, Antimony, Lead, Cadmium, TPC at 22 degree Celcious, Escherichia Coli, Coliform Bacteria, Fecal streptocous, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and testing in repair the ERW Sreel heavy duty suction pipe both end flanged of 150 mm dia set suitable for suction pipe of centrifugal pumps installed at main pump house, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair Ductile iron fittings for bends, Tapers, Tee pieces (single & double branch) any type and angle/radius and straight connecting pieces but all ends flanged, of size up to 150mm bore, complete all as directed.

Supply and fix in repair DI resilient sluice valve flange type of 300 mm dia PN 1.6 grade with epoxy coated stainless steel spindle & brass check nut (non raising spindle type conforming to IS - 14846) including fixing to pipe line with nuts, bolt and washers, rubber gaseket(neouprene) incl taking out complete all as directed.

Supply & fix in repair MCCB,4 phase, 400 Amps 50 KA for moror back-up protection, fixing to the existing panel board matching with the existing slots, including any alteration required and with extention links properly connected to the bus bar complete all as specified and directed.
