NOTE FOR PLUMBING AND SANITARY ITEMS:- (i) Contractor shall deposit entire quantity of plumbing and sanitary wares materials required / covered under subject contract in the custody of Engineer-In-Charge/ Office in charge of unit. (ii) The materials as required shall be issued to contractor by JE/ Engineer-In-Charge on daily basis. (iii) make specified in BOQ will supersede to all.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated/galvalume steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling timber framed work scantlings 40 sq.cm and over in section, in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix for pre-painted galvatume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified, including providing end crimp at required location as directed by Engineer-in-Charge, at eaves level shape of crimp match to sheet profile complete all as specified and directed. NOTE :- The quoted rate shall include provision of end flashing/crimp and no extra payment with regard to this provision will be made to the contractor.

Supply and fix pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge, roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates confirming to Fe-410 W(Gde E-250) quality B

Supply and fix steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction but welded tubes confirming to I.S. 1161-1979 grade St. 240 etc as in purlins complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour preperation of new steel surfaces of any desciption over 10 cm in width or girth not other wise descibed and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre,pulp insulation, Ac etc), any thickness including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix interlocking aluminium alloy anodised snap grid consists of main Tee runners of size 38mm x25mm x1.5mm spaced 1200mm centre to centre and cross Tee of size 25mmx25mmx 1.5mm, 1200mm long spaced between the main Tee at 600mm centre to centre to form a grid of 1200mmx600mm and provide a secondary cross tee 25mm x1.4mm ( of length 600mm) to be interlocked of the centre of 1200mmx600mm panel to form a grid of 605mmx605mm and wall angle 25mmx25mmx 2mm. Demolition of stone slabs/flooring of any description laid bedded and pointed any mortar and complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Kota stone slab flooring 20-25 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix outdoor distribution panel box CPRI type tested fabricated from ISO certified factory of overall size 750 mm (L) x 400 mm (B) x 1500 mm (H) made with 3 mm thick CRCA sheet with hinged door front & Rear for each cabinet, total 3 cabinet, powder coated by smoke grey colour after anti-rust treatment of CRCA sheet. Top cabinet with incoming 3ph & N aluminium busbar of size 40x10mm chamber, Middle cabinet for mounting including MCCB 3 pole 200 amps - 1 No and for 3ph & N distribution aluminium busbar of of size 50x6mm and side cabinet for incoming cable tray. 2 Nos earth terminal, door lock for front and rear door with additional external locing arrangement, Door handle for each front & rear door, mounting stand made with ISA 40x6mm and 500mm long leg, duly painted with one coat of black bituminous paint , LT Danger notice board at front and rear. One MCCB of 25 KA, 200 amps, 3 pole between incoming and outgoing busbar as mentioned above and 2 Set of aluminium busbar as mentioned above with size. Note: (i) The FPB shall be errected after dismentling taking out old unserviceable one. (ii) Disconnection of all cables from old FPB and reconnection of all cables to new FPB shall be done and rate shall be inclusive of the quoted rate. (iii) Panel shall be CPRI type tested and to be fabricated in ISO certified panel manufacturing factory - Panel Make- Success Engineers, Bhosari or its equivalent
