Taking down carefully ceiling / exhaust fan/wall mounted fan of any sweep with frame cable sealing end and dismantling of blades, brackets etc and refixing after repairs, connecting up and testing for satisfactory running complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Scope of repair is exclusive of this item.

Opening, dismantling of ceiling fans/exhaust fan/wall mounted fan of any size, cutting and taking out old burnt / damaged winding / material by any means and M & L for re-winding the same with super enamelled copper wire of existing / same SWG including all insulating material all as required as per standard practice , varnishing the same and drying, cleaning fan recommended quality grease / oiil, re-assembling with new spare parts as per requirement inlcuding provision of PVC copper twisted conductor three core of size 0.5 sqmm required length and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Spare parts shall be measured and paid serparately as supply only.

M&L for removing existing paint from ceiling fan including fan body and blades etc and applying one coat of red oxide primer and one coat of synthetic enamel paint with spray gun complete alll as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully water geyser/solar geyser any capacity, cable sealing end and dismantling of heating element, thermostat etc and refixing after repair, connecting up and testing for satisfactorily heating of water complete all as specified and directed. Note : Spare parts to replaced shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for solar water tank insulation with resin bonded fibre glass wool roll of density 24 Kg/Cum, with factory laminated aluminium vapour barrier, thickness of insulation as specified and including the followings :- (a) Cleaning the solar tank surface (to be insulated) by scrapping carefully, completely free of mill scale, dirt, dust, grease and other foreign materials, taking special care so that all solar water tank joints are sealed against any leakage. (b) Applying rubber based adhesive CPRX compound. (c) Sealing all longitudinal joints and ciruclar overlaps with and including aluminium foil tape 50mm wide, to make the insulation leakproof. (d) Securing the insulation with and including mechanically fastened nylon/steel straps of size 12mm/50mm at maximum intervals of 1.20m.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates) as in coping including use of necessary formwork in any situation complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, dia of nec 11 ro 15mm, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal of square nut, not exc 5 cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only L hook fastener size 10mm dia and 10cm long with connected washers fixing on wall for hanging of geysers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Rolled section as in main cross beam, hip and jack rafters, purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guided for sliding door fixed with angle cleats of other connected plates, rivets, nut bolts etc complete all as specified and directed. Qualifty confirming to Fe 410 W(Gde E-25) quality-B.

Supply or laying or fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts heavy duty cable with PVC insulated copper conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 6 Sqmm 2 core complete all as specified and directed.
