Construction work of Drinking Water Facility at Govt. High School Noorpur District Ghaziabad

Civil work (Drinking water Facility) Excavation in foundations in ordinary soil (Loam clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5 m (5 fts.) and lead upto 30 mt. (100 fts.) & including filling, watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-Incharges upto a distance of 30mt. (100 fts) from the foundation trenches.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 coarse sand :8 graded Stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour T & P rtc required for proper completion of the work and curing complete also including cost of formwork in foundation & floors.

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for preconstructional antitermite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under and around the column pits wall trenches basement excavation top surface if plinth filling junction of wall and floor, along the the external perimeter of binding expansion joints, surrounding of pipes and conduits etc, complete (plinth area of the building at ground. floor only shall be measured as per I.S.6313(PartII 1981)Alderine emulsifiable concentrate or any other approved material such as Heptrachlor or Chlordane will be used. The rate of application of chemical emulsion shall be as follows : (1)Treatment for masonary & foundation 5 liters per sqm. (2) Back fill in immediate contact with foundation 7.5 liters/sqm (3) Treatment of top surface of plinth filling 5 liters/sqm (4) Treatment of soil along external perimeter of building 7.5 liters/sqm. (5) Treatment of soil under apron along external perimter 5 liters/sqm.

(3/4") gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1.5:3 (M-20) in slab excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc.required for proper completion of the work. Binding wire cost being included in the item

M-150 brick work in 1:6 (one cement and six coarse sand sand of 2.25 fineness modulus) mortar in foundation & plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement :2 coarse sand :4 graded stone aggregate 12-20mm nominal size laid in one layer neat cement (25 mm thick floor).

M-150 Brick work in super-structure above plinth level up to floor two level (up to two storeys) including necessary cutting and moulding of bricks as required and also including honey comb brick work thickness of wall not to be less than 1.5 brick thick. (1:6 cement & coarse sand)

Same as in item no. 16 but in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar in superstructure for wall thickness 12 cms & below brick work.

Providing & laying "brick Coba" 12mm thick laid with M-150 class brick bat coba 7.50 cm thick with gap of 15mm to each other, over 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 cement and coarse sand mixed with water proofing compound spreading cement slurry mixed with acrylic cement concrete water proofing compound filled gaps of coba & top of coba mortar mixed with water proofing compound in 1:4 cement and coarse sand mortar finished smooth & top mashed false square 30 cm x 30 cm and side wall parapet shall be mono lythic plaster wall upto 30cm higher and junction and corner shall be rounded by brick ballast cement and coarse sand masonry coba with top finished plaster mixed with acetic water proofing compound @ 2% by weight & including S/o all material, labour T & P etc complete for proper completion of work.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level or above plinth level. thermo-Mechanically Treasted bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

12 mm cement plaster in single coat on rough side of single or half brick wall for interior plastering up to floor two level including internal rounded angles not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finshed even and smooth. (1) 1 cement : 6 coarse sand

Supply & fixing 6 mm thick china white glazed tiles in flooring or in skirting or dado laid with 1 :3 cement and approved coarse sand mortar finished with white cement slurry jointing and polishing complete including supply of all materials labours & tools etc, required for completion of the work. (size of tiles upto 200x 300 mm).

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm)

Distempering (Two coat) with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture & of required shade on undecorated wall surface to give an even shade over & including a priming coat with cement primer of approved brand & manufacture such as Berger,J&N, Shalimar, Asian paints after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings & other foreign matters & also including preparing the surface even with plaster of paris or approved synthetic material & sand papered smooth including cost ofall materials. (Ceiling)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Sanitory works (Drinking water) Providing and fixing CP Brass 32mm size Bottle Trap of approved quality & make and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing on wall face unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382 leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion . (i) Single socketed pipes. 110mm diameter
