M&L for UPVC Window frame shall be made of PVC material confirming to IS 10151 the door frame shall be made of extruded UPVC section having over all dimension of 100 x 55mm having wall thickness 2mm + 0.2mm. 2. Each window shutter to be provided with one 150 mm long powder coated aluminium handle, two 3D hinges and two 150 mm powder coated aluminium tower bolts. 7. Stainless steel wire mesh 0.36mm nominal dia and average width of apertures 1.40mm shall be provided in wire mesh shutters

M&L UPVC door white colour complete all as per manufacturer's direction and following specifications all as directed:- 1. The profile for construction of UPVC Door will be of overall size 60x58 mm with wall thickness 2.7 + or - 0.2 mm extruded sections. 2. The corners will be plastic welded. 3. The hinge side vertical outer frame shall be reinforced with galvanized channel of wall thickness 1.2 mm. 4. The door will be fixed to walls using 8 mm dia 80 mm dia MS screws minimum 3 nos on each side. 5. The top portion of door shall be provided with plain glazing of 6 mm thick fixed to door shutter with UPVC standard beadings of 24.5 x 16 mm of 2 mm thick. 6. The bottom portion of door for 1 m height will be provided with UPVC hollow board not less than 6 mm thick. 7. The door shall be provided with:- (a) Mortise lock of brass size minimum 100mm four lever with two keys as per manufacture's specification. (b) Two nos of fan light pivot size 170mm on one shutter. (c) 03 nos of 3D hinges on each shutter. 8. All the fittings shall be provided with using self tapping screws. Note: The entire fixing will be done as per manufactures instructions and specification and as directed by Engg in charge.

M&L UPVC partition/Ventilators complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and following specifications all as directed:- 1.UPVC partition frame shall be made of material confirming to IS 10151 of extruded UPVC section having over all dimension of 65x55 having wall thickness 2mm + 0.2mm. 2. Corners of frame shall be jointed by MS galvanized brackets mitred and plastic welded. 3. The profiles should be single chamber system which shall provide high insulation properties , 4.Glazing shall be 6mm thick frosted glass fixed in frames with appropriate beading as per manufacture's specification. 5. The bottom portion of partition for 1 m height and above 2.1m height will be provided with UPVC hollow board not less than 6 mm thick.

M&L Polished Granite stone slab flooring 16-18 mm thick any colour/shade machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing; rounding edges as required laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Modular false ceiling systems in multi level with GRG (Glass reinforced gypsum ceiling tiles) having micro look teglar edges of 12mm thickness of size 595mmx595mm GRG ceiling tiles shall have a humidity resistance of upto 95% with NRC level of 0.6 and fixed with suspension system (Grid) The size of the same is 15mm x 32mm, The galvanised iron sheet of thick 0.30mm used in the manufacturing of gird is zinc coated for preventing corrosion. The main runners are hung from the soffit with help of GI wire hanger complete with installation all as manufacturers instruction and as directed.

S&F Gypsum board ceiling 12 mm thick using GI frame work including plaster of paris decorative type cornices etc., any shape as approved by GE and applying two coats of plastic emulsion paint over a coat of primer etc, complete as per manufacturer's instruction and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

The doors shall be made with1mm thick powder coated MS CRCA sheet and sides, top, bottom, back and legs are made of 0.9 mm thick MS CRCA sheet conforming to IS 513-1986. each unit having locking arrangement with 6 lever lock with duplicate keys and applying powder coated paint over zinc phosphate pretreatment and reinforced with metal stiffeners with spot welded and fixing to wall with 6 Nos of 8mm dia 100mm long anchor fastener bolt, nuts and suitable washers all as directed by Engineer in Charge

S&F 15mm thick white ceramic marker writing board of size 1200mm X 900mm frame of the board made of durable aluminium and corner plastic with hanging arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level).complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 30 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate finished even and smooth with using extra cement and mixed with 3% water proofing compound as in roof padding/leveling course, Krebs or chamfered on edges all as specified and as directed. M&L 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:3 mixed with 3% water proofing compound for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.
