MANNING AND OPERATION OF DG SET AND AMF PANEL AND COMPREHENSIVE REPAIRS TO DG SET AND AMF PANEL AT MANKHURD AND AC PLANT AT HQ 31 WEU THANE UNDER GE (NW) MANKHURD

Manning and operation of standby diesel generating set 100 KVA & 20 KVA capacity, with all connected equipments and machineries as detailed herein under with one operator / mechanic, having minimum qualification of ITI holder of respective trade, operation in 02 shifts, including Sundays and holidays including routine maintenance checks, tests, etc and upkeeping the installation complete all as specified and as directed. Location : NOFRA and Single Officers Acccomodation Shifts (i) 1st shift - 0600 to 1400hrs (ii) 2nd shift - 1400 to 2200hrs Note for all items of BOQ : - 1. Any malfunctioning noticed during the entire contract period on account of negligence of the operaters , the cost of Repair /replacement of defective parts shall be recovered from any dues from the contractor. Decision of the Eng - in Charge on this subject shall be final and binding 2. Quoted rates shall also be deemed to include the following elements:- (i) To provide uniform, tools & plants, safety means like glove etc to the employees and also alternative employee (reliever) for Manning and Operation of Installation so that the other employees can avail the facility of weekly leave etc. (ii) To keep the installation & allied area clean and tidy condition during the operation period. (iii) To carryout the routine maintenance, minor repairs, oiling, greasing and to rectify the minor defects to keep the plants / Installation in serviceable condition all as directed by the GE and Engineer-in-Charge. However, the major repairs, replacements, overhauling, charging, topping-up oil etc are not included in the scope of the above items. (iv) To keep necessary documentation duly signed by all the concerned. (v) To hand over the entire plant in serviceable condition at the time of completion. (vi) Contractor shall submit the details of payment of wages for staff employed through Aadhar linked bank accounts for payment purpose. (vii)The contractor should be in possession of valid electrical license to execute electrical works. (viii) Supervisor for execution of electrical works/ electrical component of works employed by the contractor shall possesses supervisor certificate of competency issued by concerned State Government/ Union Territory and the worker/ tradesmen for execution of electrical works/ electrical component of works shall hold necessary permit issued by concerned State Government/ Union Territory. 3. Each shift duration shall be of 08 hrs and timing as required at the discretion of Engineer-in-charge.

Manning and operation of standby diesel generating set 125 KVA & 40 KVA capacity, with all connected equipments and machineries as detailed herein under with one operator cum mechanic, having minimum qualification of ITI holder of respective trade, operation round the clock in 03 shifts, including Sundays and holidays including routine maintenance checks, tests, etc and upkeeping the installation complete all as specified and as directed. Location : Bureau of Sailors and COMCEN Shifts (i) 1st shift - 0600 to 1400hrs (ii) 2nd shift - 1400 to 2200hrs (iii) 3rd shift - 2200 to 0600hrs

Manning & Operation of Central AC Plants (Installation consisting of AC Plant with chilled water system 60 TR capacity having 03 Nos compressors each of 30 TR capacity (02 Nos working at a time and 01 No. standby) with all connected equipments and machineries as per Appx D to Particular Specifications) round the clock in three shifts (including Sundays and Holidays) by employing one operator cum AC machenic per shift of eight hours, having minimum qualification of ITI holder of respective trade, including carrying out routine maintenance and upkeeping the Installation / AC Plants in operation condition complete in all respects as specified and directed :- Location : 31 WEU Thane (i) 1st shift - 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs (ii) 2nd shift - 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs (iii) 3rd shift - 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs Notes for item No 03 : 1. M&L for carrying out 'B'check of 125 KVA DG set complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge Note:1. Spare parts , engine oil and radiator coolant oil required for replacement during the maintenance period shall be measured and paid seperately at supply only rates and cost of labour for fixing these spares/filling of oils shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item. 2.Cost of all consumables required during the maintenance period shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item.

All as per item No 13.0 above but for 75 KVA to 62.5 KVA DG Set all as specified and as directed.

Supply only set of lub/engine oil filters/cartridges as per sample and make for the 100 to 125 KVA DG set all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 16.00 above but for 75 KVA to 62.5 KVA DG Set all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 16.00 above but 40 to 20 KVA DG Set

Supply and fixing fan belts including replacement of u/s fan belts for 100 to 125 KVA DG Set as per sample size all as directed.

S&F in repairs relay 12 V DC. suitable for existing AMF panel.

Servicing to AMF panel of 100 KVA to 125 KVA capacities of DG sets including routine/ preventive maintenance checks for trouble free functioning as directed. Note :The rate Quoted deemed to be included all the minor spares such as screws, washers, clips., battery terminals and other spares will be measured and paid seperately under supply only items. Note : A sum of Rs 3,170.00 towards sch of credit shall be deducted to arrive the contract sum
