Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of bore well submersible pumping unit suitable for 125mm dia bore well, the complete specifications of the pumping unit are as follows:- Pump:- Discharge : 70 LPM Head : 60 m Speed : 2900 RPM Type : Submersible suitable for 125 mm bore well Motor: A) Type : Squirrel cage Induction Motor submersible water cooled B) Capacity : Not less than 2 HP C) Voltage : 220 ± 10% v D) No. of phase : Single Phase Besides the work the job includes providing and fitting of G.I reducer with one end 40 mm dia internally threaded and other externally threaded and size as per the delivery size of the pump.

Fabrication of G.I Class A column pipe 10 feet long by way of cutting of 40 mm dia pipe by dint of cutter and fabrication of appropriate threads at the ends by dint of 40 mm dia die. The job includes lowering of column pipe into the 125 mm dia well. The job further includes providing and fitting of pipe specials like socket etc. (the pipe shall be provided by PHE Civil Division Tral). The job includes shifting of pipes from IRP Tral to actual site of work.

P/F of 40 dia. MS holding clamps fabricated out of 6 mm thick, 40 mm wide M.S strip with nuts and bolts.

Providing and fitting Single phase 220 ±10 V starter along with capacitor of suitable capacity suitable for submersible pumping unit mentioned in item No. 1 Housed in a sheet metal enclosure duly powder painted The job further includes P/F of MCB of suitable capacity for protection against overload and voltmeter and ammeter of suitable range.

Providing and fitting of 10 sq. mm 2 core aluminum insulated cable to be fitted from existing L.T power line to machinery shed.

Providing and fitting of 4 mm2, 3-Core flat submersible copper cable conforming to IS: 694 (Part 1st) – 1964 & IS: 694 (Part 2nd) - 1964 for Submersible Pumping Unit. The cable connections terminal shall be fitted with copper thimbles of required size.

Providing, fitting, testing and commissioning of 2 No. 5 KVA voltage stabilizer as per specifications below: Type of voltage controller: Automatic copper wound, AC power supply, 220 v, single phase, 50 Hz.

Providing and fitting of following regulating/controlling valves and pipe specials: i. 32 mm dia steel gate valve heavy duty = 1 No. ii. 32 mm dia steel check valve heavy duty = 1 No. iii. 32 mm dia. union ppr = 1 No. iv. 32 mm dia. G.I union = 1 No. v. 32 mm dia. G.I elbow = 3 No. vi. 32 mm dia nipple, 6 inch long = 1 No. vii. 40 mm dia G.I elbow = 1 No. viii. 32 mm dia. ppr pipe = 3 Mtr ix. 32 mm dia. tee = 1 No. x. 40 mm G.I nipple 6’’ = 1 No. xi. 40/32 mm reducer = 1 No. xii.
