M&L for providing, cement concrete in roof, type B0 1:2:4 using 12.5 mm graded aggregates as in PCC bed and levelling concrete for sloping of roof including demolition of existing lime concrete of any description over roof slab complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for Roof treatment in as specified below and as directed including dismantling of existing roof tiles of any description or thickness in roof:- (a) Removal of existing PCC/Brick bat Coba/Mud phuska/ APP membrane from the roof stacking the reusable material and disposal of unserviceable rubbish outside the campus as direction by Egineer-in-Charge but outside in 3 km. (b) 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) over existing / old RCC slab / surfaces (c) Cleaning of surface of loose dust, and dirt and cement slurry etc, by means of wire brush, dust removing brush and scraper etc, Pot holes / Cracks shall be repaired with cement admixed with polymer as per manufacturer instructions. (d) Providing PCC coving / gola along vertical parapets of size 75mm x 75mm with concrete Mix (1:2:4), type B-1 using water proofing compound of approved make etc, complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (e) The surface shall be treated with PU Elastrol primer with Epoxy primer to seal the pores and enhance the adhesion of the coating, supplying and applying single component waterproofing liquid membrane based on pure, elastomatric, polyurethene resin cold applied of spray/brush applied membrane with an elongation of 650% +/- 50 and tensile strength not less than 2 Mpa, crack bridging ability not less than 2mm. No leakage upto 5 bars of water pressure. shore Hardness > 50 Shore.The minimum thickness to be applied shall be 1.5 mm , (overall) in two layers (each layer 750 micron) or as per manufacture's instructions so as to achieve thickness not less than 15mm. (f) Providing & laying of protective Geotextile fabric 150 GSM over the entire membrane with proper overlaps of 75mm before laying SRI roof tiles. (g) Providing and laying SRI (Sun Resistance Index) roof tiles (Size 300 x300 x 9-10mm with 20mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) mixed with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions confirming to required slope. Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick in cement plaster (1:3) using coarse sand even and smooth with steel trowel on sunken surfaces using integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed. Note: Rate of WPC shall be deemed tobe included in quoted rate

Removal of sunken filling concrete, removal of loose concrete and cleaning the surface and after proper cleaning filling the cracks with polymer modified mortar using Dr fixit pidicrete URP and providing 50mmx50mm angle fillets on the vertical upstands, parapet wall junction corners, service units and properly dressed by preparing polymer modified mortar with DR Fixit pidicrete URP in the ratio of 1:3 by adding polymer 10% by weight of the cement, add the water little little unit the required consistency is achieved and thereafter providing and applying two coats of acrylic polymer modified cementitious coating Dr Fixit pidifin 2K of M/s Pidilite Industrieshaving elongation at break 50% 5 bar resistance to positive water pressure, Adhesive strength ASTM D 7234-1 N/mm sq, water vapour transmission as per ASTM E96 of 030 perms and crack bridging ability as per EN 1062-7 upto 1 mm. Apply two coats of Dr Fixit pidifin 2K slurry “ coverage of 0.55-0.58 Sqm/kg of mix slurry. Provide and lay 45 gsm glass fibre mesh over the angle fillet when the first coat is still wet. Allow the first coat to dry for 6-8 hours, then apply the second coat at a direction perpendicular to first coat. Allow the coating to air cure for 5 days before conducting water ponding test for 24 hrs etc or other equivalent product as approved by GE in sunken area complete all as per the manfactures instruction, including removing rubbish material from building and thrown in low lying empty area at any distance out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed brick aggregate as in Sunken portion, surroundings of WC seats and similar works, complete all as specified & as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling any type including cement mortar bedding but not backing, removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the primises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Premium(1st) quality straights edge ,non skid tiles size not less than 395x395x7 to 8 mm thick in floors etc in any shade, set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in matching colored polymer based grout to match over & including 20 mm the screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
