SCHEDULE "A" PART -I (BUILDINGS / STRUCTURES WORK) Design, Construction and Erection of Pre-Engineered Buildings cover shed 02 Nos of size (55x15x10)M having cantilever span of 15M alongwith Aluminium-zinc colour coated profiled steel roofing sheets 0.55mm thick (TCT) and yield strength of 550 MPa in roofing and cladding in gable portion camouflage pattern including RCC foundation, anchor bolts, base plates and all structural steel items, rain water eaves gutters and down take pipes etc complete all as specified and as shown on approved drawings. Note :- (i) PEB structure to be designed to withstand 180 Km/hr (both in line and cross winds) and based on soil parameters. (ii) The rate quoted shall deemed to include the cost of designing, confirmatory soil investigation and vetting of design of PEB structures by IITs/ NITs. The design (showing full calculations and details) vetted by IITs/ NITs shall be submitted to the department as per time schedule. (iii) Suitable eves gutters and rainwater downtake pipes as required shall be provided to divert rain water from the roof to ground level . (iv) The rate quoted is deemed to include the cost for provision of necessary arrangement for fixing light fittings.

INTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply and fixing flameproof & weatherproof LED well glass fitting of capacity 40W, IP66 protection of cast aluminum alloy material and heat and impact resistance toughened 'A' clear glass having anti-corrosive epoxy powder coated finish complete with all accessories pre-wired and including connecting up with three core flame proof flexible copper conductor cable with suitable size, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F flame proof weather proof DB SPN 230 volt 12 way with wash bar and cast aluminium LM6 enclosure, operated externally spring type knob complete with M-25 cable entry to suit incoming cable and 02 Nos M-20 cable entries for outgoing cables from bottom with cable gland suitable for hazaradous area certified by CMRS dhanbad for group IIA & IIB consisting of Incoming : (a) MCB SPN 63 Amps - 01 No Outgoing : (a) MCB SP 6-32Amps - 10 Nos complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 3.15mm thick buried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level connected to copper strip of size 20 x 3mm earth lead by means brazing after fixing of nuts, bolts, check nuts, washers of galvanised iron steel, protected by galvanized iron pipe 40mm bore (Medium grade) all as directed including cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-1 earth pit with precast RCC (1:1.5:3) type A-1 cover slab of size 42 x 42 x 10cm thick reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 15 cm c/c both ways with 10mm dia mild steel round bar of 30 cm long, bent to shape as lifting handle, funnel, wire mesh, 20 mm bore galvanized iron pipe (medium grade) for watering, earth testing point, charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers with necessary earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I including testing on completion earthing complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for chemical earthing complete with copper plate electrode of size 90cm x 60 cm x 5mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 3.25m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 2.65m below normal ground level connected to copper earth strip 50x6mm of length 7.5m (minimum) as earthing lead by means of copper bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers all as shown on electrical plate no 3 of SSR Part-I (2009), using adequate quantity of chemical to be provided and connected to earth test point including 25mm bore Gl medium grade pipe for watering with funnel and wire mesh and 65mm bore Gl light grade pipe for protection of earth strip and providing water supply connection from nearest water supply point and testing including PCC chamber complete to achieve earth resistance less than 1 (one) Ohm all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) The unit rate shall be deemed to include for earth work in any type of soil, PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 chamber, RCC (1:1.5:3) cover 50mm thick reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 100mm c/c both ways, funnel with watering pipe 25mm bore medium grade, GI protection pipe light grade 65mm bore and wire mesh complete in addition to Clause No 1(a) to (e) of preamble (notes) under subheading earthing, specified on SSR Part-II 2020. (ii) If the desired earth resistance is not achieved during testing as per IS, then the complete earthing shall be redone by the contractor at his own cost and no extra claim shall be admissible in this regard. (iii) Copper strip beyond 7.5m length shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item. (iv) The unit rate shall be inclusive of filing the earth pit with sodium chloride 200Kg (minimum), Magnesium and copper sulphate 100 Kg (minimum) and balance charcoal in layers upto 15cm above the top edge of earth plate all as directed.

RETAINING WALL Supply only aggregate of size 20-40 mm dia with GI wire netting of 3 mm dia GI wire with 50 mm aperture to hold boulders pack of size 300 x 300 x 300 along with RCC wall as filter media, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only aggregate of size 12 mm dia with GI wire netting of 3 mm dia GI wire with 50 mm aperture to hold boulders pack of size 300 x 300 x 300 along with RCC wall as filter media, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only aggregate of size 6 mm dia with GI wire netting of 3 mm dia GI wire with 50 mm aperture to hold boulders pack of size 300 x 300 x 300 along with RCC wall as filter media, complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of factory made CPRI type tested, dust and vermin proof, totally enclosed control panel (of size not less than1.5m x 2.0m x 0.8m) outdoor type, fully comparted type, fabricated out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet, duly painted with epoxy powder coating with 7 tank process, with IP-65 Protection complete, with provn of front double door shutter with locking arrangement mounted on MS angle iron frame of 50x50x6 mm and legs grouted on PCC foundation 30cm below the ground and 20cm above the ground, duly powder coated paint complete all as directed comprising of the following :- (i) 04 Nos Aluminium bus bar TPN 200 Amp of suitable length and section covered with coloured heat shrinkable anti track insulation tape finished thickness not more than 1mm and fixed on epoxy base post insulator of both dia and height not less than 40mm- 01 Set for each bus bar. (ii) MCCB, 4P, 125 Amp, Ics 25 kA, 415V, 50 Hz, with adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic release - 01 No (Incomer). (iii) MCCB, TPN, 40Amp, Ics 16 kA, 415V, 50 Hz with adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic release- 05 No (Outgoing; 4W+1S) (iv) MCB, SPN, 32 Amp, Ics 10 kA, 230V, 50 Hz, 'C' Curve type- 02 Nos (Outgoing, 1W+1S) (v) Indicator lamp RYB- 1 Set. Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 35/36 Watt 230 V AC outdoor type with high pressure die cast aluminum hosing and heat resistant complete with driver, lamp bracket with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection including street light GI pipe bracket of medium grade 32/40mm dia. ,1.5m long bend to required size and shape including two coat of aluminum paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete in all respect all as specified and directed.

LIGHTNING PROTECTION S&F 'H' beam pole 150mmx150mm, 16 Mtr height (weight 37 Kg per RM) for air termination including copper air termination rod 16mm dia 1.2 Mtr long with accessories to fix at the top of the 'H' pole complete all as specified and as directed.
