RequiredEach individual bidder / agency will be allotted Two / Three works out of the above works in the NIT as per the eligibility even though they participated in all the bids

RequiredAs per the circular of the Commissioner, GHMC, vide No. SWM/0088/2021/AE-3(SWM)HO, Dt.23-06-2026, the bidder should upload undertaking on Rs.100/- on non judicial stamp paper stating that they will tie up with authorized C&D Waste processing facility centre prior to commencement of work

RequiredNo work shall be closed and no bills shall be processed or released without submission of a valid C&D waste disposal certificate issued by an authorized processing facility

RequiredPayment will be made only after receiving C&D waste disposal certificate from the authorized processing facility centre

RequiredIf the above undertaking is not uploaded, the bid will be disqualified.

RequiredUploading of unnecessary and irrelevant document leads to confusion & Misguiding, hence the bidder will be disqualified
