M/o Different Horticulture Works under Hort. Sub Division- East III, Hort. Divn-East(M-214), PWD, Delhi during 2026-27. (SH-Regrassing in the garden area attached to the various offices and residences)

Trenching in ordinary soil upto a depth of 60 cm. including removal and stacking of serviceable materials and then disposing of unserviceable materials by spreading and neatly leveling with in a lead of 50 m and making up the trenched area to proper levels by filling with earth or earth mixed with sludge or/and manure before and after flooding Trench with water (excluding cost of imported earth sludge or manure).

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km lead complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Supplying and stacking of well decayed cattle manure at site including royalty and carriage upto 05 k.m. lead complete (Cattle manure measured in stacks will reduced by 8% for Payment).

Spreading of sludge, dump manure and/or good earth in required thickness as per direction of officer-in-charge (cost of sludge, dump manure and/ or good earth to be paid separately)

Fine dressing of the ground.

Supplying and spreading of sand in lawn area, including watering, and dressing complete.

Providing and fixing Neelgiri/Mexican grass turf with earthy 50mm to 60mm thickness of existing ground prepared with proper level and ramming with required tools wooden (Dhurmos) and than rolling the surface with light roller make the surface smoothen and light, watering with sprinkler and maintenance for 30 days or more till the grass establish properly as per direction of officer incharge.

Providing & laying Selection no. 1 grass turf with earth 50 mm to 60 mm thickness of existing ground prepared with proper level and ramming with required tools wooden (Dhurmos) and than rolling the surface with light roller make the surface smoothening and watering the same as per direction of officer in charge.

Providing & fixing White River (Stone) Pebbles size of 2" to 2.5" dia (5 cm to 6.25 cm), in natural colour at site of work including loading, unloading, carriage etc. and as per direction of officer-in-charge.
