Earthwork excavation in all kinds of soils, except hard rock requiring blasting, inclusive of shoring, strutting and bailing out water wherever necessary refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated depositing the surplus earth within in compound in places as shown by the department officers, clearing and levelling the site with initial lead of 10M and lift of 2M etc., complete. Supplying and Filling in Foundation and Basement with filling Quarry Dust in layers of 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated including watering complying with std. specification etc complete.( BD - 20)

Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One Cement, Five sand and ten Aggregates) using 40mm gauge hard broken granite jelly for foundation including consolidation and dewatering for foundation wherever necessary etc. Complete. ( BD - 21)

Supplying and erecting shuttering with necessary supports for earth beam with all cross bracing etc., complete plinth beam & Earth Beam side as building all round. ( BD - 24)

Plain Cement Concrete 1:1:5:3 (One Cement, one and half sand and three coarse aggregates) using 20mm size ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and including for the mixing, laying and labour charges etc., complete as per standard specification ( BD - 20)

Supplying erecting STEEL CENTERING for sides and soffits inc supports and strutting for plain surface such as reinforced cement concrete slasp rectangular beams tee or el beams lintels, bed blocks staircase in all floors of any height (the retrived materials should betaken back by the contractor) the payment for centering shall be given by the concrete is laid (Bottom only)

Supplying fabricatting and placing in position steel reinforcement using MS or RTS rods for all RCC works, including cost of steel, GI Binding wire also ( BD - 32)

Reinforced Cement concrete 1:1:5:3 (One cement one and half sand & three course aggregates) using 20mm gauge hand broken / and broken granite stone for all RCC items of works excluding centering shuttering and cost of reinforcement but including curing etc complete and also including fixing fan clamps and fixtures in rcc works wherever necessary as directed by departmental officer etc complete
