ANNUAL RATE CONTRACT FOR MISCELLANEOUS CIVIL JOBS IN PLANT AREAS

Annual Maintenance of Ash Ponds, Open lagoons and final Ponds : Desilting of existing pucca drains withins ash/final ponds,filling the rat/snake holes, removal of chowkage if any at the outlet pipes for isolation of any outlet pipe of indoor connectiondiversion of the flow of the ash water from ooutlet pipesin ash ponds wherever required including the Preventive maintenance of the bundhs for repairing the minorrain cuts, errosion due to heavy wavy action of the water oninner sides etc including excavating earth and depositing the earth in cuts (This excludes the major rain cuts) for all the ashponds, all carbon zones and open lagoons etc by deploying three No. labour per day in general shift ( from 8.00 AM to 5.00 PM) as per the directions of the Engr-in-charge

Cleaning sweeping of roads and road berms inside Factory premises and disposal of debris at-designated place inside Factory permises. Contractor shall deploy two nos. labour per day in general shift (frem 8.00Am to 5-00 PM) on all working days of month as per the direction of the Engineer - in- Charge. The contractor shall provide all required T&P such as brooms, handcarts to execute the job.

Executing miscellaneous civil jobs pertaining to all type of masonary works. Contractor shall deploy one mason and helper per day in general shift (from 8.00Am to 5-00 PM), for which one operation will be paid. Contractor shall also provide all type of T & P, scaffolding, safety equipments etc. required for the job , nothing extra will be paid on this account .(Ref. clause 2.14 Annexure XXVII of GTC)

Executing miscellaneous civil jobs pertaining to all type of carpentary works. Contractor shall deploy one carpenter and a helper per day in general shift (from 8.00Am to 5-00 PM), for which one operation will be paid. Contractor will also provide all type of T & P, scaffolding, safety equipments etc. required for the job , nothing extra will be paid on this account .(Ref. clause 2.14 Annexure XXVII of GTC)

Executing miscellaneous civil jobs pertaining to all type of plumbery works. Contractor shall deploy one plumber and a helper per day in general shift (from 8.00Am to 5-00 PM), for which one operation will be paid. Contractor shall also provide all type of T & P, scaffolding, safety equipments etc. required for the job , nothing extra will be paid on this account . (Ref. clause 2.14 Annexure XXVII of GTC)

Executing miscellaneous civil jobs pertaining to all type of unforeseen jobs important for plant operations. Contractor shall deploy one multitasking persons and a helper per day in general shift (from 8.00Am to 5-00 PM), for which one operation will be paid. Contractor will also provide all type of T & P, scaffolding, safety equipments etc. required for the job , nothing extra will be paid on this account . (Ref. clause 2.14 Annexure XXVII of GTC)

Provding one competent multi-tasking person to perform office support services.The scope of work shall include but not limited to dak shifting,office help jobs , document management, filing and other support tasks as assigned by the Engineer in Charge in general shift (from 8.00Am to 5-00 PM). (Ref. clause 2.14 Annexure XXVII of GTC)

Executing cleaning of sewer lines of any size of effluent sewer, oil sewers chemicals sewers for smooth functioning of sewer lines including removing chockings and removing , refixing of CI , MS or concrete covers, in the sewers cleaning of manholes with all type of T & P .Contractor shall deploy one sewer man and a helper per day in general shift (from 8.00Am to 5-00 PM), for which one operation will be paid.(Ref. clause 2.14 Annexure XXVII of GTC)

Supply of Hydraulic Tractor trolley for shifting the material , debris material and earth ,sludge as per direction direction of EIC.( The rate shall be included the running cost such as Diesel, mobile oil etc complete)

Cleaning of chocked sewer line by diesel running vehicle mounting hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine fitted with pump having 4000 litres suction capacity and 6000 litres water jetting tank capacity including skilled operator, supervising engineer etc. for cleaning and partial de-silting of manholes and de-chocking of sewer lines. De-chocking and flushing of sewer line from one manhole to another by high pressure jetting system of 2200 PSI for sewer line from 150mm dia upto 300mm dia for all depth.
