Cleaning of terrace/spouts/khurras/ canopy/Blocked Chajjas / etc, by Removing leaves, grass, dust, Rubbish and other deposited/ accumulated Materials etc including disposal of Rubbish to dumping ground up to a distance of 50m outside the periphery of building etc. cleaning of Terraces, accessible canopy ,chajjas & likes etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in- charge

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12 mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. meters and under, including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead :

With cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :

New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm).

Providing and applying composite water proofing compound as impregnate only on wet serfaces to arrest leaks in surfaces such as roof ceiling, internal and external walls, flooring and other surfaces apart from water tanks, sumps, reservoirs, by mixing the composite waterproofing compound (made from protect infrastructure systems pvt, ltd, or equivalent)

with water in ratio of 1 : 10 to make a workable slurry and pourilng it on all ;cleaned and prepared corners and disturged area and further mixing in the ration 1 : 20 and pouring it on the prepared surface by cleaning the surface with etchant chemical from dirt foreign materials etc. and

allowing it be there upto 3 hours and then cleaning the same using water etc. complete all as per manufacturer's specification so that the surface is got back and ready to use after 4 hours.

(Note:-The treatment should carry a guarantee period of 5 years from the date of completion and guarantee bond has to be supplied by the contractor. 2. 10% of the amount will be withheld against this item and the same will be refunded after 5 years.)
