Providing & fixing fly proof wire gauge shutters in door & window with 2nd class teak wood beading 62x19mm with all necessary fittings i/c. cost of all materials,labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per directed by Engineer-In-charge.

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles of size 60cm x 60cm in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption's less than 0.08% and conforming to iS 15622 of approved make in all colours and shade, colour and facias and similar locations of required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. for proper completion of work as per directed by Engineer-In-charge.

Supplying & fixing 6mm thick china white glazed tiles in flooring or skirting /dado laid with 1:3 cement and approved coarse sand mortar finished white cement slurry jointing and polishing complete i/c cost of all materials,labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per directed by Engineer-In-charge.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade old work (two or more coat applied @1.67 litre/10 sqm.) on existing cement paint surface required for proper completion of work as per directed by Engineer-In-charge.

Distempring two coats with oil bound distemper on old surface of approved brand & shade by Engineer-in-charge after thoroughly brushing the surface and preparing the surface by cleaning & repairing with plaster of paris and sand papered smooth also including cost of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per directed by Engineer-In-charge.

Enamel Painting two coats over priming coat on wooden surface of all dirt,dust and other foreign matter,sand papering and stopping i/c. cost of materials and T&P etc. as required for proper completion of work.Paint shall be used as per standard I.S. specification as per directed by Engineer-In-charge.

Providing and applying water proofing treatment to vertical and horizontal surfaces of depressed portion of w.c.,kitchen and the like consisting of(i) 1st coat of applying cement slurry @4.4 kg./sqm. mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS:2645 in recommended proportions i/c. rounding off junction of vertical and horizontal surface.(ii) 2nd course of 20 mm cement plaster 1:3 (1cement:3coarse sand) mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportion i/c. rounding off junction of vertical and horizontal surface.(iii) 3rd course of applying blown or residual bitumen applied hot at 1.7 kg/sqm.of area.(iv) 4th course of 400 micron thick PVC sheet (overlaps at joints of PVC sheet should be 100 mm wide and pasted to each other with bitumen @ 1.7 kg/sqm) i/c. cost of all materials,labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of work as per directed by Engineer-In-charge.
