M&L machine cut kota stone slab 20-25 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over and including cement screed bed 10mm thick in CM 1:4, jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including demilition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid, beded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for ceramic glazed dark shade coloured tiles of size 450x350x7mm thick joint free on and including 10mm thick screed bed in cm (1:4) set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement mixed with pigment to match the colour of tiles on vertical surfaces of wall as in skirting/dado including dismantling floor hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding removing rubbish off premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Green marble (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished), 14 to 18mm thick, in steps , jambs, pillars, window - cills, cooking plate forms and like over and including 15mm thick cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including dismantling of existing stone slab/ tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid in CM all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforcement) of any description and in any position not otherwise described complete all as specified and as directed.

Roughing the surface of old concrete floor picking sweeping cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust/mud etc.and brushing neat cement slurry @ 3kg/Sqm.
