Supplying and placing of Pre cast RCC well rings having inner dia 2.40 m, thickness 75 mm and 0.30m depth including cost of 8mm RTS rods -3 nos longitudinally and 20cm c/c vertically including cost of all materials, dewatering, lead and lift, etc., complete.

Transporting & erection of tower parts including sorting out of tower parts at store and site, tightening, punching of bolts and nuts transport charges to each and every location, final checking, cost of T&Ps labour, lead, lift etc, complete., The defects pointed out during final checking for handing over and commissioning the line must be attended by the contractor without any extra cost to the board (Under LC Condition).

Providing temporary approach / stacking platform around tower location by supply and filling up the empty polythene bags with sand stitchig them conveying the same to site and stacking, laying in position around tower location and disposing off from site after successfull completion of work including polythene bags, jute, thread, and all materials and labour charges for filling sand, alying and filling and bailing out of water etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer at site.

Transporting and paying out of 6 nos Panther conductor with fittings including cost of loading and unloading, transporting, sorting out of drums at store and at site according to drum schedule, providing trestles, paying out, etc complete.

Stringing of 6 nos Panther conductor including paying out, rough sagging, tensioning using tensioner/puller as per specification, clipping, jumpering, fixing of dampers , transport including cost of all T&Ps, labour lead and lifts etc., complete (Measurement will be made at actuals)-For Continuous Span.

Stringing of 6 nos Panther conductor including paying out, rough sagging, tensioning using tensioner/puller as per specification, clipping, jumpering, fixing of dampers , transport including cost of all T&Ps, labour lead and lifts etc., complete (Measurement will be made at actuals)-For Single Span.

Transporting & Hoisting of 8 Nos ordinary 120KN disc insulators with tension fittings including T & P all labour, lead, lifts etc., complete.

Transporting & Hoisting of 7 Nos ordinary 90KN disc insulators with tension fittings including T & P all labour, lead, lifts etc., complete.

Stringing of one No. Earth wire, paying out rough sagging tensioning to correct sag and fixing to towers as per specification and as directed by the board Engineer at site clipping, jumpering, labour charges for fixing midspan compression joints, repair sleeves, wherever required and vibration dampers in all tension location as directed by the board, and other charges, all T&Ps required for the entire safe operation for stringing work labour lead, lifts, etc., complete.But excluding cost of line materials any defects noticed during final checking handing over to the board and commissioning of the line muust be attended by the contractor without any extra cost of the Board. (For Continuous Span).

Providing temporary stay during rough sagging and tensioning including necessary excavation for burying RSJ cut bits/ concrete block with pipe turn buckle/ concreting the anchor in slushy area fixing stay wire and turn buckle, refilling and removal of stays after tensioning including cost of all materials, labour, leads, lifts, etc., complete.

Arranging and availing shutdown on HT/LT, dismantling and restringing of HT/LT lines to the original position after stringing operation including all labour charges , T&Ps, etc., complete.

Providing bamboo/Casuarina trustles during conductor and earth wire stringing work wherever necessary and as directed by the Board Engineer for telecom lines roads, railway rorssingetc., including cost of all materials transport, T&Ps labour leads and lifts etc., completeand dismantling after completion of stringing works in the crossing as above. (Bamboo/Casuarina Trustles).

PCC 1:2:4 using 12 to 20mm HBG metal for muffing and coping including cost of all materials labour, form work including all lead lift etc., complete.

Providing plastering C:M 1 : 3 including cost of all materials labour lead, lift, etc., complete in all respect.

Cleaning the tower legs and Painting tower leg using best quality anti corrosive paint-black color-1m above coping concrete including bracings including cost of paint labour, charges, lead and lift etc. complete.
