Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (Not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width) and for shafts, well, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, depthupto 1.5 mtr. Including disposal of excavated earth upto 1 mtr from cutting edge, disposed earth is to be levelled and neatly dressed in. All kinds of soil.

Filling available excavated earth (excluding roack) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. Layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth , consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50 mm and lift up 1.5 m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - all work up to plinth level in 1:4:8( 1 cement:4 Coarse sand :8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nomnial size) . Crushed. (including all leads , lifts and carriages by MT/ HL).

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of centring , shuttering, finishing and reinforcement -All work upto plinth level. 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement:1.5 coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominla xize) Crushed. (including all leads , lifts and carriages by MT/ HL).

Reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening, cutting ,bending ,placing in position and binding all complete . Thermo-Mechanically .Treated bars.

Provinding and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering -All work upto plinth level. 1:3:6 (1 cement :3 coarse sand:6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nomianl size)Crushed. (including all leads , lifts and carriages by MT/ HL).

Centering and shuttering including strutting , propping etc. and removal of form far:-

In foundations, Footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

Columns, pillars ,piers, Abutments , posts and struts.

providing and fixing of 25 mm dia and 3-0" long threaded nuts and Bolts ( complete)

Structural steel work welded in built up sections of truss and frame work including cutting hosting fixing in position and applying priming coat of steel primer.

Providing corrugated G.S sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed wth polymer coated J or hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.i limpet washers or with G.I limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete ( upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surface) excluding the cost of purilins and trusses and including cutting to size and shape whereever required . 0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m2.

Extra for providng and fixing wind ties of 40x6mm flat iron section .

Providing ridges hips of width 60 cm overall width plain G.S sheets fixed with polymers coated J.or hooks , bolts and nuts 8mm dia G.I limpet and bitumen washers complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering-All work upto plinth level. 1:5:10 (1 cement:5 coarse sand :10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) Curshed. (including all leads , lifts and carriages by MT/ HL).

Providing and fixing aluminium strips 40 mm wide and 2 mm thick in joints of floor.

Painting with ready mixed synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give an even shade. New steel work ( two or more coats)
