S&F of Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of framemade out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stile sand plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing (Ref Drg as per SSR-II Sec-8)

S&F of framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, ladder etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing, confirming to Fe-290(Gde E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&Fof factory made 30mm thick flush shutters, solid core construction, with plywood face, panels, commercial type, on both sides complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of 30 mm thick, medium density fibre board flush shutters both side laminated of approved colour of caramel teak/Teaktona teak/Nayan teak/Dark grey/classic wakknutash grey etc, interior grade quality of approved manufacture including Aluminium tower bolt of 200 mm-2 Nos, Aluminium handle of 150mm-2 Nos Aluminium sliding bolt of 250 mm - 1 No & MS hingss 100 mm - 3 Nos for each shutter complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of factory made solid wire gauzed i.e. panel will be of wire gauze pvc door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and Single Side Prelam PVC sheet for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side having one side feathered edge and on other side 10mm 900 bent edge & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; i.e. panel will be of wire gauze. The wire gauze shall be wrapped on an additional square 8mm M.S. Solid tube and this tube shall be welded to M.S. tubes. The wire gauge shall be stretched to tighten firmly complete all as specified and as directed.

Refixing of in shutter of any description exceeding 1 SQM and not exceeding 2 SQM each (quantity obtained from Serial Item No. 1.07) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of framed work such as grills, grating, etc, with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders; framed baluster; walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for repair to broken/damaged RCC chajjas by making good with PCC (1:2:4) type B1 or cement mortar (1:3) rendering 15mm thick mixed with water proofing compound to top & sides and soffits in cement mortar (1:4) including necessary form work, reinforecement duly welded if required including demolition of broken/loose PCC or taking down old plaster upto a height of 9mtrs complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair of damaged roof after complete removal existing treatment incl padding, cleaning the surface using wire brush brooming down and applying the following treatment complete all as specified and as directed in order of precedence as stated :- (i) Rendering 15mm thick in CM (1:4) on existing roof surface true to level after applying cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm. ii) Applying one coat of bituminous primer @ 0.40 Ltr/Sqm. (Note : Bituminous primer shall be of approved make (iii) Supply and laying 3mm thick APP based polymeric membrane of approved manufactured with weight not less than 3.60 Kgs per Sqm reinforced with non-woven polyester febric weight not less than 150gms per Sqm. Polymeric membrane shall be taken to a height of 30cm(minimum) and than inserted inside the groove of parapet wall and shall be finished by a membrane flashing. Note : Laying APP based polymeric membrane shall be done torch on method as per manufactures instructions. (b) A minimum overlap of 100mm and 75mm should be made at the end and sides of the polymeric membrane respectively and sealed all overlaps and joints as per manufacturers instruction. (c) APP based polymeric membrane shall be of approved make d) One coat of Aluminium paint of approved brand to be provided over the APP membrane.

S&F in repair Shelf of PTMT fixed with and including Chromium plated brass screws and wooden/plastic cleats (minimum weight 300gms) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 30 cm x 30 cm x 25 mm thick set and jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floor with grey cement and pigment over and including cement screed 15 mm thick in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as sub base, 75 mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of Magic eye fixed to panel shutters all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-1( using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, coping, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work, complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of PVC grating 100mm dia fixed to floor trap doom type (minimum weight 25 gms complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair for 150mm bore salt glazed stone ware drain pipes, Grade A, laid in trenches and jointed in cement mortar 1:1 and tested complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Cement concrete bed (1:3:6) type C-2 to drain pipes including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested all as directed in 150mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel (1/2 round or 3/4 section) in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished, and reforming benching for 150mm dia of internal pipe as required complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide & not exceeding 1.5m in depth; for foundation, laying of pipes, laying of UG Cable etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, man-holes, pier holes, etc. & getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.
