Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead of area 3 sq. metres and below (HSR 5.29.1)

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows, including ISi marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note:- Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately} (HSR 12.7.2.2) Kiln seasoned and chemically treated Hollock wood, 30 mm thick shutters

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauge of average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm, for doors, windows and clerestory windows with hinges and necessary screws (HSR 12.19.2.1.2) 30 mm thick shutters with ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright Kiln seasoned and chemically treated Hollock wood

Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. (Glazing, panelling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) (HSR 12.157.1.1) For fixed portion, Anodised aluminium (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS: 1868, Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15)

Providing & fixing glass panes with putty and glazing clips in steel doors, windows, clerestory windows, all complete with 4.0 mm thick glass panes (HSR 13.10.1)

Distempering with dry distemper of approved brand and manufacture (one or more coats) and of required shade on old work to give an even shade (HSR 30.24)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade (HSR 30.37.2) Old work (One or more coat applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade (HSR 30.28.1) One or more coats on old work In case of any difference in the unit & nomenclature of any of the HSR items of civil & PH work depicted in this DNIT and that given in HSR, the unit and nomenclature given in HSR shall be applicable.
