Arresting hot air leakages of damaged or worn out hot air duct of coal mills

Charges for dismantling of damaged portion of mill branch hot primary air duct. This work involves arresting, cutting, leading and removal of eroded duct plates in the form of multilayer and devolution of released scrap materials to the stores including T&P and consumables.

Charges for fabrication of mill branch hot primary air duct. This work involves marking, cutting of plate, marking, cutting the channel & setting in the fabricated plate, stitch welding, marking, cutting of corner angle, fixing four corner of plates, full welding as per the standards and as directed by the engineer in charge. Apply one coat paint of red oxide in & out side of the fabricated duct plate assembly, Fabrication of pipe supports and bracing including crane charges, consumables and T&P’s.

Charges for Erection, testing and commissioning of the mill branch hot primary air duct with stiffeners, Flange joints, pipe supports with stiffeners, duct supports & arresting supports, 16 Nos. air distributed guide vanes inside the duct at vertical down stream as per direction of Engineer in charge, including crane, winch charges, consumables and T&P’s.

Charges for supply of MS plate of size 1250X6000X6 mm weight of 6 mm thick

Cost of supply of ISA 50 mm x 50 mmx 6 mm tk. M.S. angle and ISA 75 mm x 75 mmx 6 mm tk.
