Taking down existing trunking bus bar of capacity 800/315 Amp from switch rooms of three floors of Comd Hosp and deposited to MES Store yard .

Supply and fixing sandwich rising mains of capacity 800A , 50 KA , SC for 1 Sec , 4 poles (3 Phase 4 wire system ) of aluminium bus bars with 50% integral G.I housing earthi , bus trunking enclosures shall be made of 1.6 mm thick electro galvanised GI Sheet degree of protection IP 54 , multi layer insulation of Class F, temprature rise as per IEC 61439- 1&6 , vertical supports , Spring hanger , rigid hanger , end cover (of Make : C&S / ABB/ Schnieder/ L&T/ Seimens ) with following :

Transformer of capapcity upto and including 250 KVA for arresting leakage form the transformer body, repalcement of unserviceable LV/HV bushing / tank gasket etc including changing of oil seal and gasket etc testing and commissioning and provisionig of all toolsand plants required for dismantlingof transformer body , all as specified and directed . (Note : The LV/HV bushing , brass stud and other parts required shall be measureing and paid for separately under relevant items of schedule )

Glass & gasket of conservator of transformer of capacity 250 KVA to 1600KVA after draining the oil and refilling after filteration complete all as specified and directed.

Drain valve of suitable size for transformers of capacity 250KVA to 1600 KVA after draining transformer oil and refilling and filtering the oil after completition of work with portable filteration machine to get the required oil value complete all as specified and directed.

Maintenance and servicing of HT witch gear 11KV 800Amp VCB (Make ABB) Maintenance job mainly comprising of the following :- (I) Isolating VCB truck and checking of free movement for closing and withdrawing (II) Examination of insulating component (III) Testing of primary and secandary circuit with megger for insulation resistance (IV) cleaning and wiping down of busbar phase barriors support and sleeves (VI) tightening of nuts and bolts complete all as specified and directed .

Earthing with 600 x 600 x 6mm galvanised steel earth plate electrode buried verticaly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge not less than 1.5m below ground level, connected to and including GI strip of size 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised steel (and 50mm dia GI light grade pipe for protection of GI strip) to the extent of 7.5m as earthing lead and connecting to the eqpt viz transformer, LT kiosk etc. incl charcoal dust and salt packed all around the earth plate in the earth pit all as per electrical plate No 05 of SSR part-I including chamber made up of PCC 1:2:4 type B1 with MS angle iron frame CI cover with provision of locking arrangment and 20mm dia light grade GI. Pipe from top edge of the earth plate upto MS funnel with wire mesh provided inside the concrete earth pit for watering arrangment, including excavation and earth work in any type of soil strata and testing including demolition of old earthing complete all as specified and directed. Note : GI strip of size 32 x 6mm alongwith protection pipe more than 7.5 mtr will be measured and paid for seperately.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5mtr depth for foundation , for shafts , wells , cesspits , manholes,pier holes and not exceeding 10 Sqmm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning , filling in including spreading , levelling , watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each layer complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50m and depositing where directedat a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point

Supply and spreading clean dry sand in trenches for cushioning all as specified for cable protection complete all as directed.

Supply and lay bricks of sub class 'B' type for protection of U/G cable in trenches all as specified and directed.

MCCB 400 Amps 4 pole 50 kA Ics=100% Icu with complete having fixed magnetic setting and adjustable thermal setting with extended terminal for easy connections with fixing arrangement and accessories, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and directed at site. MCCB 630 Amps 4 pole 36 kA Ics=100% Icu with complete having fixed magnetic setting and adjustable thermal setting with extended terminal for easy connections duly fixed arrangement and accessories, fixed in repairs, complete all as specified and directed at site.
