Supply and fixing of draw mobile pedestals of size 400mm (w) x 450mm (D)x725mm(L) made out of 18mm thick plywood finished with 2mm thick PVC machine pressed edge banding and mobile unit having locking system and with wheels including cost of materials, labour charges, transportation charges etc all complete

Supply and fixing of key board tray made out of 18mm post formed top of size 500mm(W) x 300mm (D) with a stopper on back side and this unit should be fixed to the top using telescopic slides including fixing accessories for fixing the legs in juncture including cost of materials, labour charges, transportation charges etc all complete

Providing earthing station using pipe electrode as per IS 3043 using 40mm dia B Glass G.I pipe 2.5 meters. 20mm dia B class G.I. pipe 1 metre 40 x 20mm G.I. Reducer 1 no.1 set of funel G.I. nuts, bolts, washers and checknuts, 40Kg charcoal, 2nos.of C.I.bend 15mm dia 4 Nos.of 15mm dia G.I. coupling and 10Kg salt including necessary earth work excavation (i.e. by augering 30cm dia to a depth of 3.5 metres.and laying the salt and charcoal in layer by layer around G.I.pipe brick work in Cement mortar and plastering etc . Including cost of all materials and labour in accordance with IS 3043. etc. all complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer

upply and laying of 50 mm GI flat clamping in shaft/wall with necessary fixtures, clamps, etc., including labour charges all complete in all aspects as instructed by the departmental officers.

Providing and installation of Executive Table of dimensions 7’.0" (L) x 3' 5" (B) x (2'-6" ht).and Return Table 4'(L)x(1'.6")(B)x2'.6")(H)The base of the table shall be made in 2 Parts - Part -1, Part -2 and as shown in the detailed drawing. The parts will be assembled on site to makVaneer top Executive Table of required size. The base shall be made of 15 no.'s 3"x3" TW wood upright legs/ supports, duly polished in melamine polish, shade to be as decided. The legs shall be interconnected on the periphery, at the top with a continuous TW wood section of 2"x3", using standard joint system, screws, adhesive etc. All the members shall be inter connected inside the periphery (as shown in the drawing) using Mirandi wood section of 2"x3" at a level of 1'-3" from the base (floor level) of the table using standard joint system, screws, adhesive etc., Mirandi wood batten 2"x2" shall be provided at the top level, supported on 3"x2" upright mirandi wood battens provided as per drawing for supporting of the internal board etc. All the members to be finished in melamine polish as per the shade The Table Top shall be made with A class 25 mm commercial board (Duro/Greenply) make and finished at top with 4 mm thick decorative veneer (base price not less than Rs. 3000/- sq. mt.). The veneer shall be polished in Melamine to a shade as , and finally the top shall be coated with PU finish. The edges shall have 1"x2" teak wood beading with a groove as per the drawing, and finished in melamine polish to match the veneer. The base (underside) of the top shall have 0.8 mm laminate finish (off white colour of Greenlam make). A modesty panel, made up of A -class 12 mm ply (Duro, Greenply), finished in 4 mm decorative veneer (Duro make, base price not less than Rs. 2000/- sq/mt) at 1'-3" from floor level, joined with the base of the top of the table duly melamine polished and finished as per the drawing shall be provided. The inner side of the panel shall be finished in 0.8mm thick laminate (off white shade (Greenlam make). A removable hatch shall be provided in the modesty panel at the centre of the table on either side for servicing etc. top shall have inbuilt provision to accommodate embedded power and media track and goose neck mikes as shown in the drawing, The power and media track and mike system shall be fixed on the table under supervision of the respective agency. The table shall also have a continuous board (19mm front side laminated) pasted / fixed on the inner face of the support legs as shown in drawing section for mounting of cables etc. Additional boxing to conceal wires from floor to the table may be required and the same shall be provided by the contractor as per site requirement. The table top shall have an openable hatch at the top with 12”deep platform (finished in 1mm laminate (Greenlam) for accommodating sound amplifier/switchers etc.) with all wires terminating into it. The platform shall have a removable cover made with 25mm thick commercial board finished on top with veneer & polish to match with the table top. The table shall be made complete in all respect including fixing the wires, all Tracks, Mikes, and Nylon levelling shoes on legs etc. all completeincluding cost of materials, labour charges, transportation charges etc all complete in all respects complying with relevant standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.
