The capacity of submersible sewage pump 11 Kw, 15 HP to lift the sewage water and sludge 108 m³/hour at 12.2 m head minimum, 1450 RPM, suc size 100mm, pump motor casing CI, impeller SS. mortor shaft SS, shaft protection sleeve and pumps set hinged with stainless steel rope having 18mm dia - 15 mtr both side for lowering up and down and MS chain with 1T capacity chain pulley block fix in sewage well and provided 20 mtr submersible cable 6 sqmm 3 core for connection from starter panel to pump including dismantling of old BER pumps from foundation and deposited to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, install, testing and comissioning of close coupled submersible portable type raw sewage pump electric driven, AC 415V, 50 Hz capacity closed coupled pump. The capacity of submersible sewage pump 5.5 Kw, 7.5 HP to lift the sewage water minimum 600 LPM at 18 mtr head, 2900 RPM, suc size 80mm, pump motor casing CI, impeller CI, mortor shaft carbon steel, pumps set hinged with stainless steel rope having 18mm dia - 15 mtr both side for lowering up and down including dismantling of old BER pumps from foundation and deposited to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32x6mm (upto 7.5m in length from earth plate) by means of bolts and nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, earth electrode protected by 15mm dia GI pipe 'light grade' and connected to machinery earth plate surrounded by packed alternate layers of charcoal, rock and common salt 15cm thick all around top and bottom and watering pipe 20mm bore GI light grade all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I of 2009, testing on completion including providing PCC chamber (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate and 40mm thick cover with RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 and 8mm dia TMT bars 150mm C/C both way and frame including excavation earthwork and returning filling etc, complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Earth pit shall be constructed 50cm from the side of excavation to avoid sinking of pit.

Supply, install, connecting, testing and comissioning of control panel board, cubical type, indoor pedestal type of size 1.5m x 1.2m x 0.5m dust and vermin proof, fabricated with CRCA steel sheet 2mm thick with angel iron frame 50x50x6mm thick, front operated shutter type with locking arrangement, bus bar chamber with suitable insulated aluminimum bus bar of capacity not less than 400 Amps, 3 Phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, AC supply including mounted on suitable size concrete foundation in PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 complete suitable and including accommodating the following components complete all as specified and directed. (a) MCCB, 4 Pole, 63 A, 16 KA breaking capacity - 01 No (Incomer) (b) MCCB, 4 Pole, 32 A, 16 KA breaking capacity - 02 No (Outgoing) (c) Fully automatic star delta starter suitable for submersible pump electric driven, 3 Phase, 15 HP (approx), 415 Volts, 50 Hz single phase preventer, timer for automatic ON/OFF - 02 Nos (d) Multifunctional meter - 01 No (e) Internal wiring (f) Indication lamps (LED type) - 01 set

Material and labour for PVC hose pipe 100 mm dia, heavy duty nylon/ PVC braided fixing and connected with delivery side of pump duly provided suitable clamps and flanged nipple complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and grouting of galvanized pipe heavy duty 100mm dia on wall as cross beam to hang the chain pulley back complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cutting the existing rusted flanged of column pipe and fix with new nipple flange ended suitable to insert 100 mm dia PVC braided pipe complete with suitable clamps nut bolts and rubber insertion packing for leak proof joint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and fixing of galvanized pipe, medium class including fittings of size 100 mm dia as a header of pumps complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for dismantling of existing HT VCB (1 incomer + 4 outgoing) panel from its foundation and disconnected HT cables and deposited the same at MES store yard. Note : 1. Contractor will be kept ready at the time of installations and dismantling HT VCB Panel with all T&P equipments and skilled labour. 2. Electric shutdown for replacement of panel will be given for a limited time period (2-4 hours only). 3. At the time of installations of new HT VCB panel OEM person will be present at site for setting in relay's and ensure that smooth functioning of panel.

Supply, installations, testing and comissioning of indoor type, vaccum circuit breaker of 5 panel switchboard (1 incomer + 4 outgoings), capacity 11 KV, 630 Amps, 3 Phase, 3 wire, 50 Hz having a rupturing capacity of 350 MVA at 11 KV, 26.3 A braking capacity for 1 sec, totally enclosed with copper bus bar of 630 Amps for each phase, metal clad, inddor extensible type, flush front, horizontal isolation, horizontal drawout type with electrical and mechanical interlock and automatic safety shutter gear including pad locking arrangement, isolation plugs, assambly of 3 vaccum interrupters, with each pole individually encapsulated by epoxy insulations to make it dust proof and self-aligning finger type isolating contacts, truck having integral racking with necessary interlocks (for insertion and removing of VCB), manual and automatic motor charged independent closing/ tripping spring, trip free operating mechanism with closing and tripping push buttons and mechanical breaker, including all protection, indication, operation, monitoring and control and accessories as per the specifications.
