Opening/Dismantling of control valve assembly, cleaning of cap seal cylinder, removal of defective roller, re-fixing of new roller, reassembly of control valve assembly in mechanism, Replacement of control valve seal & bent O-ring, opening of anti-pumping pin assembly cleaning, de-rusting & lubrication of anti-pumping pin assembly. Replacement of spring in anti-pumping. opening and cleaning of closing spring, shock absorber, pneumatic cylinder, cleaning of piston & cylinder including their assembly, replacing of oil & O-ring, Opening and reassembling of trip coil assembly after cleaning of its various parts including measurement of resistance, adjustment of trip coil gap. Checking of NRV with help of soap seeds & replacement of NRV if required. Checking of gas density switch including all adjustment. De-rusting lubrication of horizontal rod assembly & its various linkages, cleaning of bar pins, replacement of circlip. Show operation of circuit breaker with help of manual jack for checking over stroke, wipe, poles traveling etc for satisfactory operation.

Replacement of 132 kv circuit breaker of agwanpur bay at 132 kv S/S Tajpur by opening of CB jumper on both side of circuit breaker. Removing of MS flat earthing strip by cutting and opening from structure of CB. Opening of all electrical connection at circuit breaker end. Dismantling of CGL make circuit breaker, removal of CB poles opening of foundation nut and bolt, removal CB strucutre from foundation to make the foundation clear for modification. Modification of CB foundation as per drawing provided by department by cutting channels/angle including fabrication of steel and fitted upon foundation to make the foundation ready for erection of CB (All GI steel angle/channel will be provided by department). Erection of new 132 KV CB on modified foundation as per instructions of Site Engineer with the help of hydra/frabna. Fixing of all accessaries of new CB, termination of control cable marking. Jumpering of all three phases with ACSR panther conductor including cutting bending of conductor on both side of CB after fixing of CB Clamps. Earthing of CB body and CB structure at two point by using MS Flat of size 50x6mm and 75x10mm including cutting bending and welding drilling holes etc to make the CB properly earthed. Painting of MS Flat with Bus Green best quality synthetic paint followed by single coat of red oxide after removing rust and dust including all associated works to complete the CB erection satisfactorly. Work also includes the shifting of Circuit Breaker from store to the site of work in swithyard with all accessories and T&P required. (All men and material will be provided by contractor)
