Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground) complete all as specified.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillar etc including disposal of demolished material n.exc 1.5 km complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick walls or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking out for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed ,complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of posts or struts of RCC any section incl taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed portion, (posts embedded in concrete or in hard core) complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of posts or struts of steel, any section incl taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed portion, (posts embedded in concrete or in hard core) complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel as in gates, grills, posts etc or in any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed

Dismantlng fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling any type (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc) AC sheets in roof coverings including ridges. complete all as directed .

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.50m deep for foundation etc or for shaft, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and getting out ,in any type of soil, all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc.25cm thick each layer of soil , all as specified.

Removal of excavated material to distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar hole) each in hard and dense soil, n.exc 0.50 cu m getting out and removing surplus spoil at a distance not exc 50 metre and making good surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of fencing post,, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation, sub base flooring, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

75mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in path, finishing the surface even and fair, complete all as specified & directed.

Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length for horizontal tie bars for fencing post, including necessary welding etc, complete all as specified.

Mild steel work as in iron post / posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc, flat iron fillets including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250)quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde -E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel work as in Flat for securing wire mesh to iron post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250)quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde -E-165) complete, all as specified and directed.

Mild steel screw bolt (machine made) with hexagonal at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal exc 15cm but n.exc 22.50 cm long, diameter of shank 11 to 15mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix for Steel work in tubular trusses and tubular posts including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 t complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc (AZ-70) coating GI based corrugated steel sheeting 0.50 mm thick any colour having tensile strength 550 Mpa as in roof coverings/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws etc, including taking down old sheeting, complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete, conforming to Fe-290 Gde E165, all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link fencing of 3.00 mm dia galvanized steel wire, size of mesh as approved complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Fixing included under item No 24 here-in-before. (ii) Unit weight (weight per sqm) of chain link fencing shall be derived as per site through a BOO appointed by GE in presence of Contractor's authorised rep and shall be kept in record.

15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick walls or concrete surface and finished fair and even without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

Flush pointing to brick walls , in CM(1:4) complete, all as specified.

Preparation of new steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

Preparation of new steel surfaces n. exc 10cm width or girth when unconnected with other painting and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

Preparation of new concrete or stone surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint complete all as specified & directed.

Preparation of old concrete or stone surfaces over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enameled paint ,complete all as specified & directed.

Brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks of class designation 10 (min. compressive strength 100Kg/sqcm) old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified & directed.

All as per Srl item no 32 but except bricks.

15-18mm thick black granite slab, table rubbed and polished (of any type & shade as approved), width and length as ordered, best quality machine cut to be fixed on steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like and jointed with gray cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with marble dust (1:2) with admixture of pigment to match the shade of slab, rubbing and granite polishing,over screed bed 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Rounding of / moulding to edge (half round) of stone of any description including rubbing and polishing (Granite finish), complete all as specified.

Plain cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in seismic and other similar bands, shelves, copings, bed plates, hold fast, plinth courses and the like finished fair & even, including necessary formwork complete all as specified.

Sand filling under floors or in foundation, including watering and consolidation, all as specifed.

Factory made, precast concrete, machine pressed, interlocking paver block any shape and size, conforming to IS 15658-2006, of 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade, with grey cement and pigment , different colours, including taking out old paver blocks , complete all as specified and directed. Notes: The shape/size of paver blocks shall be as approved by the GE.

Factory made, precast concrete, machine pressed, interlocking paver block any shape and size, conforming to IS 15658-2006, of 60mm thickness, M-35 Grade, with grey cement and pigment , different colours, including taking out old paver blocks , complete all as specified and directed. Notes: The shape/size of paver blocks shall be as approved by the GE.

Factory made, precast concrete, machine pressed, interlocking paver block any shape and size, conforming to IS 15658-2006, of 40mm thickness, M-35 Grade, with grey cement and pigment , different colours, including taking out old paver blocks , complete all as specified and directed. Notes: The shape/size of paver blocks shall be as approved by the GE.

Factory made glazed / polished chequered cement concrete tiles 300mm x 300mm x 25mm thick (with grey cement and pigments), set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, fixed as in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

Providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 30-35mm thick (measured solid) type B0 (12.5mm aggregate) set in cement mortar (1:4), including all mouldings but excluding frame , fixed in repairs, all as specified.

Preparation of new plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1( using 20mm graded aggregate) in posts of size 100mm x 100mm x 750mm between RCC jalli, fixed on boundary wall , including cutting of holes into brick wall for embeddeding the post, all as specified and directed.

Precast kerb stone edging, using factory made pre cast kerb stones (M-20 concrete) of size 300 x 100 x 300mm, set and jointed in CM(1:4), fixed in repairs, all as specified and directed.
