Providing Electrical Infrastructure for New Data Centre CDR III Project at WDC Pune SH SITC of LT panel, S/L of cables and misc works

Sub-Head-I (LT Panel) Supplying, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of extensible Indoor Cubical type floor mounting, free standing compartmentalised L.T. Panel suitable for 440V, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system having 800 Amp Aluminium busbar , indicating lamps with protective fuses and feeders,connectors as per following including interconnections with suitable size aluminum bus-bars for incomers and outgoings and comprising of the following switch gears & accessories etc. complete as per specifications attached. Panel shall be fabricated out of 14/ 16 SWG CRCA MS sheet i/c degreasing with seven tank process, painting with primer coat & powder coating and stand of MS angle 40mm x 40mm x 5mm thick, 25x5mm Copper earth bus for loop earthing including the following, appropriate sign writing to be done, etc complete as required as per specification attached. Incomers i) 630A, 4pole MCCB, 50 kA breaking capacity, Magnetic Thermal Release range 500-630A, Adjustable thermal Over Load setting & Adjustable Short Circuit setting, Spreader Link, Auxillary Contact block for 2 NO/NC Contact,Rotary opertaing handle with key mechanism for extended in panel, Shint release for Electrical interlocking and Mechanical interlocing etc complete as required, (M/s. L &T make, Type: DN3-630N Cat. No. CM94104OOT1OG or Similar Superior make ) - 2 Nos Bus Coupler i) 400A, 4pole MCCB, 50kA breaking capacity, Magnetic Thermal Release range 320-400A, Adjustable thermal Over Load setting & Adjustable Short Circuit setting, Spreader Link, Rotary opertaing handle with key mechanism for extended in panel (M/s. L &T make, Type: DN3-400N Cat. No. CM94103OOR1OG or Similar Superior make ) - 01 No. Outgoings i) 125A, FN 125 TPN SDFand HN00 HRC Fuse link of 125 Amp with extensible rotary operating handle, Auxillary Contact block of 1 NO + 1 NC and terminal shrouding (M/s. L & T Make, Type: FN 125 TPN SDF, Cat. No. SK95405OOO or Similar Superior make) - 8 Nos Metering & Indication system i) Multifunction Meter (Dualsource LCD meter Cl 0.5) M/s L & T Make, Cat No-WC404020OOOO along with 3 nos 630/5A CTs (For all Incomers.)-2 Nos ii) Multifunction Meter WL404010OOOO - 2 Nos iii) LED indication along with protective HRC control fuses for 3 phases and ON & OFF indication( For incomer MCCBs)- 2 Jobs iv) LED indication alongwith protective HRC control fuses for ON & OFF indication (For all outgoing TPN SDFs)- 8 Jobs v) Electrical, Mechanical & Door interlocking between both the incomers. (Note: Drawing is to be got approved from Engineer-In-Charge before start of fabrication and offered in three stages of inspection)

SUB-HEAD-II (Cable & Misc Work) Supplying of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed /XLPE Aluminium conductor armoured cable of 1.1KV grade of following sizes etc. complete as reqd. a) 3.5 x 240 sq. mm

Supplying and installing following size of perforated painted with powder coating M.S. cable trays with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with M.S. suspenders including bolts & nuts, painting suspenders etc as required. a) 375 mm width X 50 mm depth X 2.0 mm thickness

Supplying and installing following size of perforated painted with powder coating M.S. cable trays "bends" with perforation not more than 17.5%,, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with M.S. suspenders including bolts & nuts, painting suspenders etc as required. a) 375 mm width X 50 mm depth X 2.0 mm thickness

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/submain wiring/ cable as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required. a) Above 185 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. a) 3½ X 240 sq. mm (62mm)

Supplying and fixing TPN sheet steel enclosure on surface/ recess along with 100 A four pole, 415 V, isolator complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.
