Repair/servicing of 400/630/800 A 11 KV mechanism/ calibration of HT VCB with highly skilled mechanic specialist in electric HT breakers line, by taking out trolley, decarborizing of all parts using CRC-2-26 spray, checking of all fixed and moving parts, tightening of all nuts & bolts, dressing, cleaning of contacts by using emery paper for fine/smooth contact, tightening of all connections, checking of alignment for easy moving of breaker, checking of ON/OFF operation with setting of buffer gap adjustment, inspecting the wiring of IDMT relays contact travel contact alignments, roller gap, hard or light setting of breaker greasing of all moving mechanism complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for defect rectification in HT 11 KV cable laid in trenches by locating fault with the help of electronic fault locator machine comprising of surge generator pulse ECHP fault location with high frequency distance calculator etc. Excavation in any type of soil strata exposing the cable fault removal of deteriorated position of cable treating of cable and keeping the same ready for jointing work for cables of size upto 300 Sqmm 3 core. The fault located equipment will be brought to site within 02 hours of instruction received from Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Notes for Srl. Item No.41 : (i) The contractor shall bring the fault locating equipment at site with in 02 hours of instructions received from Engineer -in- charge and he shall ensure that the fault is rectified with in 24 hours of receipt of intimation from Engineer-in-charge failing which recovery of Rs. 500.00 per hour shall be recovered from the contractors dues w.e.f the time immed -iately after the expiry of 24 hours duration.(ii) For the purpose of payment one unit of “each job” shall comprise of detection of faults in a particular stretch of cable which are identified in that particular stretch , irrespective of number of defects / faults in that particular stretch which are detected during fault detection and the contractors unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for the same and all such defects / faults which are detected in that particular stretch shall be considered as one unit. (iii.) Joints , jointing materials and cable required shall be measured and paid for separately.

Disconnecting the electric supply to the transformer,opening the top cover of 11 KV/0.433KV step down transformer upto 500 KVA capacity by removing the inspection cover/top cover, decanning of the transformer oil upto required level for replacement of LT/HT bush from the shell and replacement for burnt out/ unserviceable LT/HT bush, studs and gasket of buchholes to avoid leakge of oil, refilling of oil into the transformer after required repair works complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (a) HT /LT metal studs, HT/LT bushes and gaskets will be measured and paid seperately under respective items here-in after. (b) Replacement of unserviceable bolts, nuts and washers are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

(ii) Spare parts shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only and cost of fixing and connection of spare parts shall be deemed to included in the quoted rate of the above items.

M&L for taking out old unserviceable HT/LT coil removing insulation complete by brushing coil,cleaning the the inner body complete making free from dist and dirt,all impurities, applying paper insulation(IS specified) of transformer complete of capacity 63 to 1000 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for re-winding of HT coils with super enemelled best quality copper wire of existing guage with superior quality insulation material for transformer of capacity 63 to 1000 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for re-winding of LT coils with super enemelled best quality copper wire of existing guage with superior quality insulation material for transformer of capacity 63 to 400 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt, connected to galvanised iron earht strip 25x4mm thick fixed by means of bolts, nuts and washers of the earth wire galvanised iron or steel and thimbles and other end of the earth wire connected to earthing test point and protected by galvanised iron pipe light grade 40mm dia upto 3m height above ground level and water pipe 20mm dia GI medium grade with socket and plug 30 cm above ground level including earthwork, PCC chamber in PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm stone aggregate, cast iron cover, wire meah etc all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule Part-I of SSR-2009 complete and all as specified and direcrted by Engineer-in-Charge.
