Taking down existing old unserviceable broken/damaged air terminal single pointed copper rod of any size at any height complete all as specified and as directed .

Taking down existing old unserviceable broken/damaged GI/Aluminium/Copper strip of any size with saddles and wooden supports from roof top and walls , screw etc complete all as specified and as directed .

Taking down existing old damaged/unserviceable broken test point terminals block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze of size 75x75x25mm and removing from the site complete all as specified and as directed .

Taking down existing old unserviceable broken/damaged MS box of any size complete all as specified and as directed .

Taking down existing GI earth continuity conductor of any size from wall, on batten or recess or chases or drawn in conduit/pipe or fix to pole or any other indicated situation complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fixing of air termination single pointed aluminium rod of 12 mm dia and 300 mm long connecting to condutors complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fixing of air termination single pointed copper rod of 12 mm dia and 300 mm long connecting to condutors complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fixing of copper strip 20mmx3.15mm with saddles with wooden supports and fixing screw etc for roof conductor and down conductor along the walls complete all as specified and as directed ..

Supply and fixing of aluminium strip 25x3.15mm with saddles with supports and fixing screws etc for roof and down condutor along the walls complete all as specified and as directed .

Dismantling and refixing the existing aluminium strip any size after repairing & straightening the same as required with GI saddles with wooden supports and fixing screws etc for roof and down conductor complete all as specified and as directed .

Dismantling and refixing the existing copper strip any size after repairing & straightening the same as required with GI saddles with wooden supports and fixing screws etc for roof and down conductor complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fix test point terminal block made out of gun metal or phosphorous bronze of size 75 mm x 75 mm x 25 mm, drilled and screwed including 03 Nos 8 mm dia 25 mm long hexagonal head screws complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fix PVC module SEMC box terminal box of suitable size to accommodate test terminal block and thickness not less than 1.00 mm complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fixing of GI earth continuity conductor 4mm dia fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or drawn in conduit/pipe or fix to pole or any other situation for loop earthing etc complete all as specified and as directed .

Taking down existing bent air terminals aluminium rod of any size and refixing the same properly after repairing & straightening with new flat iron 25mmx5mm thick and 40cm long with new nut and bolts, clamps etc fixed/clamped to existing GI pipes/polescomplete all as specified and as directed .

Taking down existing bent air terminals copper rod of any size and refixing the same properly after repairing and straightening with new flat iron 25mmx5mm thick and 40 cm long with new nut & bolts, clamps etc fixed/clamped to existing GI pipes/poles complete all as specified and as directed .

Restringing of existing copper ropes of size 18x14 SWG binding to shackle type insulators including fixing clamps with new nut & bolts to roof post complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fix in repair shackle type porcelain vitreous, white insulator for working pressure 1100 volts of 90 mm dia and 75 mm height including galvanized mild steel strips of 30mmx3.00mm size 12 mm dia insulator, bolts, washers, nuts etc complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fix in repair GI pipe 40 mm bore light grade including bends, sockets etc for earth strip laid in ground/floor, fixed on wall with proper clamping complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C 1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) for making block of size 400x400x200 mm for fixing GI pipe/air termination rod complete all as specified and as directed .

Testing of lightening conductor earth resistance by using earth tester in presence of Depot user representative and MES representative and record the reading in user register & MES register respectively and duly countersigned by OC of users & AGE E/M complete all as specified and as directed . Note :- (i) Qty of (2x2900) is for testing of lightening conductor for subsequent Half year ending. (ii) Contractor has to submit testing sheet of earthing of each sub depot duly signed by sub depot Cdr/users rep with stamp.

Material and labour in repair for earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60xcmx3.15mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below the normal ground level connected to copper earth strip 20x3mm size as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel, protected by GI pipe light grade 32mm bore all as shown on electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earth test point electrode, PCC pit with RCC cover, funnel with wire mesh, watering pipe 20mm bore light grade etc and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The unit rate shall also include for earth work in hard/dense soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover 50mm thick reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 100 mm c/c both ways, funnel with watering pipe 20mm bore medium grade, GI protection pipe medium grade 32mm bore and wire mesh complete.

M&L for earth pit outer size 450mm x 450mm x 450mm in heigth & inner size 300mm x 300mm x 300mm in height with PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and one number suitable size RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover 50mm thick reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bar @ 100 mm c/c both ways including excavation returning filling etc complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Unit rate shall also include for excavation / earthwork in dense / hard soil

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm X 60 cm X 6 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below the normal ground level connected to GI earth strip 32 X 6 mm dia GI earth lead as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel, protected by GI pipe light grade 40mm bore all as shown on electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earth test point electrode, PCC pit with RCC cover, funnel with wire mesh, watering pipe 20mm dia protection pipe etc and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note:- a) The unit rate shall also include for earth work in hard/dense soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover 50 mm thick reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bar @ 150 mm c/c both ways, funnel with watering pipe 20 mm dia light grade, GI protection pipe light grade 40 mm dia and wire mesh complete. b) Earthing strip and GI protection pipe beyond 7.5 m will be measured and paid separately if required

S&F galvanised iron strip 32 x 6mm as earth continuity conductor, beyond earth test point or as ring conductor, fixed to wall on GI saddles or burried in ground or drawn in pipe or any other situation complete all as specified and as directed.
