Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) in Roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams, staircases, landing, chajjas, and similar suspended work and removing rubbish/ demolished material outside defence land, complete all as specified and as directed .

Material and Labour for form work chulla hoods, chajjas, troughs and similar items including edges for fair finished surface of concrete, complete all as specified.

Material and Labour TMT steel bars of 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour providing precast plain cement concrete, 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate) as in landings, precast cover slabs (for manholes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces including chamfers, weathering, throating etc and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description, thickness and in any position including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc , and removal the rubbish/ demolished material outside defence land, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:6) on surface of any description of brick or concrete and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted over a coat of chalk whitening complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on surfaces of walls by using appropriate technique as approved by Engr-in-charge for complete removal of all layers of old treatment and reaching upto old plastered surface including filling up all cracks with Shalimar tar plastic (STP) crack filler and also, make good to plastered surface for the area n. exc. 0.01Square metre , if any and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with painting roller over 3mm thick wall care putty white cement based in two or more coats to achive smooth surface over prepared surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulders masonry built in cement or cement lime mortar incl all quions, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified

Material and labour brick work with sub class 'B' old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing for bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, including bolts, if required, hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates, hook and pintle hinges, large hasps and staples, chains, hand made sliding bolts, clamps, hold fasts, wall ties, wind ties, hooks for hanging fans, plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters, knee piece inserts, two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290-Gde E-165, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down eaves gutters, rainwater pipes and sewage/plumbing pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 0.80 mm thick Plain, galvanized mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zink coating 275 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 1mm thick and 100mm dia angles (internal or external) or nozzle pieces (Out lets) complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not other wise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing 110mm dia UPVC, rain water drain pipe, type ‘A’ , conforming to IS 13592-1992, single socketed, in any length with rubber rings joints or jointed with solvent cement joint, fixed to wall, complete all as specified and directed. (Note- Rubber rings for pipes and fittings shall be confirm to IS 5382-1985)

Supply and fixing 110 mm bore UPVC (SWR) plain bend any radius including jointing with solvent cement, complete all as specified. (Note- UPVC bends shall be confirm to BS 4515 DIN 19531 and DIN 19534)

Supply and fixing for 110mm dia UPVC, soil waste drain pipe, type ‘B’ , conforming to IS 13592-1992, single socketed, in any length with rubber rings joints or jointed with solvent cement joint, laid in trenches or in floors, complete all as specified and directed. (Note- Rubber rings for pipes and fittings shall be confirm to IS 5382-1985)

Supply and fixing in repair, 75mm dia UPVC, soil waste drain pipe, type ‘B’ , conforming to IS 13592-1992, double socketed, in any length with rubber rings joints or jointed with solvent cement joint, fixed to wall including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan necks, etc. complete all as specified and directed. (Note- Rubber rings for pipes and fittings shall be confirm to IS 5382-1985)

Supply and fixing PVC (SWR) reducers complete all as specified and directed. (Note- UPVC bends shall be confirm to BS 4515 DIN 19531 and DIN 19534)

Taking down wooden chowkats or frames area exceeding 1.50 Square metre and not exceeding 4.00 Square metre (w/o taking off shutters from frames) including iron mongries and removing from site, including cutting holes for taking out existing hold fasts and making good the disturbed portion of jambs and adjoining surfaces to match with existing finish, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down wooden chowkats or frames area not exceeding 1.50 Square metre (w/o taking off shutters from frames) including iron mongries and removing from site, including cutting holes for taking out existing hold fasts and making good the disturbed portion of jambs and adjoining surfaces to match with existing finish, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing aluminium power coating of approved colour (Thickness or powder coating not less than 50 micron) in frame for doors, windows, ventilator shutters, aluminium with one or more rebates including necessary joining cleats, rubber packing, powder coated snap beading, glazing clips to recieve 5.5 mm thick tinted glass for glazing section, etc. complete all as specified complete all as specified and directed Note : The weight of Aluminium sectons shall not be less than 1.20Kg/Rm.

Supply and fixing Aluminium Powder Coated [Powder coating shall be 50 micron minimum thickness) Sections as in window and ventilator Shutters, Side hung type, without Sash Bar, including necessary Joining Cleats, Glazing Clips, Rubber Packing, powder coated snap beading, Screws, Aluminium fittings such as Peg Stays 150mm Long [1 No], Hinges, Type B-21 100mm Long [2 Nos], Suitable Handle [1 No] to each shutter complete all as specified and directed. Note : The weight of Aluminium sectons shall not be less than 1.20Kg/Rm.

Supply and fixing 5.5 mm thick, tinted glass exceeding 0.5 Square metre in each pane to aluminium door/window with glazing clips, rubber gasket etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing figured glass 5.5mm thick, pin head type, in square exceeding 0.5 Square metre in each pane fixed in aluminium frame as in windows/ventilators, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing aluminium anodized grill 5.5mm thick weight not less than 2.5kg per square (in the shape of expanded metal aluminium xpm jalli) opening size length of expansion (60mm) and width expansion 45mm fixed in aluminium anodized window with ‘F’ channel of handle section with screw, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 600mmx600mmx6mm thick ‘E’ Board Classic as in false ceiling including supply and fixing GI ‘Tee” grid frame work made of special section of M.S galvanized sheet 0.30mm thick , bottom portion painted with cellular nitro painting, warping the suspending wire around the existing wooden/steel purlin /rafter for suspending grid frame work of size 605mmx605mm suspended with 4 mm dia GI wire @ 1200mm c/c on main Tee and fixed to T-grid with the help of level clip or as per manufacturer direction. The section consisting of main Tee 37mmx24mmx0.60mm, cross runner tee 37mmx24mmx0.60mm and perimeter angle of 24mmx24mmx0.50mm thick. Perimeter angle to be fixed to wall with GI screw of 40mm long @ 450 mm c/c along the perimeter of wall including applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion complete all as specified and directed. Note : Contractor shall produced voucher and manufacture test certificateto Engineer-in-charge before claiming of payment.

Dismantling plain or corrugated mild steel sheeting any gauge, thickness, including Nanital or similar pattern roof covering complete, all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of Pre-painted galvalume aluminuim zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick, conforming to IS-15961 of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete, all as specified and as directed. Note- The sheets shall have (150 gm/sqm total on both sides) with super durable polyester quality paint of approved colour, suitable for exterior application conforming to IS-15965.

Supply and fixing of Pre-painted galvalume aluminuim zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 MPa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete, all as specified and as directed. Note- The sheets shall have (150 gm/sqm total on both sides) with super durable polyester quality paint of approved colour, suitable for exterior application conforming to IS-15965.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise specially provided complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel, rolled sections as in main or cross beams, hip and jack rafters, purlin where connected to comman rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates conforming to grade Fe-410(Gde 250), complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for including removal the rubbish/ demolished material outside defence land, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying water proofing treatment to sunken slab comprising of the following specifications complete all as specified. (i) Cleaning of roof surface with mechanical means i.e. wire brush/air blower etc. and remove all loose /unsound material,dirt,dust etc, (ii) 15mm thick cement plaster on concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:3) using and including water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement, . (iii) Providing and laying water proofing treatment of sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc by applying cement slurry @ 1.3 kg/sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitous composit compound coating of make as approved in Technical Instruction 5/2003 (iii) First layer of cement slurry @ 0.488 Kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.253 Kg/Sqm of approved make and allowed layer to air cure for 04 hours. (iv) Second layer of cement slurry @ 0.244 Kg/Sqm mixed with acrylic based polymer modified cementitious composite compound @ 0.126 Kg/Sqm and allowed layer to air cure for 04 hours followed with water curing for 48 hrs . (v) 200 micron thick polythene film pasted with the hepl of adhesive shall be provided over treatment .

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified.as directed .

Supply and fixing vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white (excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern) including plastic water closet seat white closed pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminium hinges device and brass chromium plated Jet spray with PVC pipe and complete accessories as in repair complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing (in repair) brass chromium plated jet sprayer suitable for water closet pedestal pattern including 90cm long Chromium plated flexible pipe fixed to angle valve 15mm bore, complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fix 75mm dia of outlet, PVC (SWR) floor trap plain with grating including jointing with solvent cement, complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as levelling course, finished even and fair to receive floor finishes, complete all as specified and directed. Note- This item shall not be executed in the location, where dismantling of tiles work have been done.

Supply and fixing 40 mm dia GI pipe , medium grade as in spout for sunken floor, fixed as in wall inside end fixed with wire netting and external bevelled edge at 45 degree, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal the rubbish/ demolished material outside defence land, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour providing 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in plinth protection laid in alternate bays (not exc 2 Sqm each ) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement and providing joints throughout the thickness of the plinth protection filled with mastic filling comprising one part of bitumen 85/25 grade and three parts of sand by weight including form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar, 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for premium quality, joint free, non skid, coloured ceramic 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm tiles, as in floor, set and jointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/square metre and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface over cement screed bed , complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured/printed tiles 450mm x 350mm x 6 to 7mm thick on vertical surfaces as in skirting, dado etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile, laid over and including 10mm thick bedding layer in cement mortar (1:3), complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel butt hinge of 100mm length, cold rolled, medium weight, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel, semi-barrel tower bolt 200 mm , open cover, with sheet pressed barrel, stove enamelled black with bright bolt complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparing new or previously untreated wood and wood based surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer complete all as specified.

Material and labour for 18/19mm thick pre laminated particle board, exterior grade, pre-laminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing white lamination with 1st class hard wood 5mm thick teak wood edging all around, fixed with screws to timber framework and leaping treated with french polish suitable for cup board shutters, palmet box, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing, extruded aluminium alloy handles with plates, fabricated type, anodised 75mm size, ISI marked, complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour for 2nd class hard wood plain, solid straight chowkats and frames, wrought framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered put together with glue pinned at joints complete, all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates) as in fixing of hold fasts, copings, bed plates,kerbs or mud stops, lintels upto 1.50m span, plinth courses , seismic and other bands and the like, finished the surface fair and even, including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. Note- If reinforced concrete, reinforcement shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and fixing factory made flush shutters 30 mm thick, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides, ISI marked complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing 35 mm thick, 2nd class hard wood, partly or fully glazed and skelton shutter open rebated and prepared to receive glass ,gauge etc divided into squares with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred beads, rebated sash bars any numbers for securing glass, etc or partly with panels of 9mm BWP commercial ply etc with size of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, section 8 clause 8.24(a) or to match with existing shutters etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Suppling and fixing solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet, reinforced with M.S. square tube and fixing in opening as per specification complete all as specified and as directed.

Suppling and fixing Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M. S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M. S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC `C` channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail. Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M. S. frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, fixing in the frame as per specification complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing earthing continuity conductor, aluminium strip 25X3.15 mm , and removing to store for keeping safe custody for refixing and making good to surface complete all as specified and directed .

Taking down existing Air termination single pointed aluminuim Rod 12 mm dia 300 mm long removing to store for keeping safe custody for refixing and refixing the same after completion of civil work complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing of mild steel sunken box or pressed steel terminal boxes made out of 1.3 mm thick mild steel sheet metal conforming to IS with earth dolly and coated with two coats of anti corrosive paint over a coat of red oxide primer both internally and externally including provision of new 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover extended up to 25 mm over sunken box for housing the switches , socket outlets, fan regulators etc. with brass screws and brass washers, concealed on wall surface including taking down of old rusted metal box of following sizes and and making good the disturbed surfaces as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of existing fitting / fixtures i.e tube light, bulk head, mirror light, LED bulb, exaust fans, etc of any description, make /model and capacity from its own location and kept in safe custody. After completion of civil works i.e plater, distempering or painting, etc, refixing the fitting/ fixtures in the same location or other location including clening the fitting/ fixtures in proper manner complete all as specified and directed.

Amount of credit of Rs. 57659.50 for retrived old material as mentioned in Schedule 'A' section-II of tender document in pdf form, will be deducted offline while acceptence of tender.
