CENTRAL TYPE AC PLANTS INSTALLED AT INFANTRY AUDITORIUM Comprehensive, preventive and periodical Maintenance and attending the breakdown complaints pertains to AC plant 2 x 120 TR capacity as and when required by expertise consultancy (by manufacturer DAIKIN)., with necessary T&P for checking, complete and rectification of minor problems Solonoid failure, oil pressure suction pressure, discharge pressure, sensor errors, compressure control pannel, hot water generator fault etc) to make the plant functional in all respect . Complaint should be attended by speified engineer of menufacturer in presence of Engr-incharge / JE E/M complete all as specified and directed.

Complaint should be attended by speified engineer of menufacturer Blue Star in presence of Engr-incharge / JE E/M complete all as specified and directed.

CENTRAL TYPE AC PLANTS INSTALLED AT MH MHOW Comprehensive, preventive and periodical Maintenance and attending the breakdown complaints pertains to AC plant 3 x 110 TR capacity as and when required by expertise consultancy (by manufacturer Blue Star). with necessary T&P for checking, complete including providing and replacement of sensors of various capacity / type when ever error occurs during maintenance of AC plant and rectification of minor problems (Solinoid failure,oil pressyre/oil/ suction/discharge pressure re setting , sensor errors, compressor control panel, resetting , replacement /resetting of transducer etc) to make the plant functional in all respect Complaint should be attended by speified engineer of menufacturer Blue Star in presence of Engr-incharge / JE E/M complete all as specified and directed.

NOTE : for item 1, 2, 3 (a) The comprehensive/ preventive periodical maint include monthly inspection testing as per service manual. The inspection/test report will be submitted to Engr-in-Charge. (b) The AMC shall be in force immediately after issue of Work Order No 1 commencement date. (c) All the compalints are required to be rectify as per scope of work specified in particular specification. (d) The cost of transportation (to and from) and other necessary equipment shall be arranged/ brought by contractor by complite the job and no extra cost shall to be paid to the contractor in this effect. (e) The Contractor shall display or his trademen's/employees mob/contect no in each A C Plant and updated from time to time. (f) Contractor shall be submit the MOU between the contractor and OEM or authorized service dealer of OEM and same shall be submitted in original and uploaded along with tender documents. (g) Service Engineer will visit quarterly for routine maintenance and checks all mechanism and Service technecian will visit every day including holiday along with greasing of complete mechanism in quarterly basis. (h) Apart from routine quarterly maintenance and check visit , Service Engineer shall attend any type of breakdown of any machines as and when required within 24 hours on registering of complaint to contractor. (j) In case contractor fails to attend complaint within 24 hrs, Rs 1000 shall be recovered per hour of delay time. (j)Spares shall be measured and paid saperately in respective items.

Material and labour for replacement of loading unloading Solonoid valve for chiller screw type compressor capacity 120 TR complete all as specified and directed. Make- Tata/Daikin or equivelent

Material and labour for replacement of liquid injection Solonoid valve for chiller screw type compressor capacity 120 TR complete all as specified and directed. Make- Tata/Dikin or equivelent

Supply and replacement of hand shut off valves 32mm suitable for AC plant as per existing U/S valve complete all as specified and directed. Make- Tata/Jindal/as per sample

Material and labour for repair of chilled water pump of 3 phase 415v, 15kw 1450 Rpm make kirloskar taking out unserviceable parts and replace with new parts bearing and re-metaling the bearing housing shaft, repairing of coupling, replacing of mechanical seal including rewinding with same gauge super enamelled copper insulated wire winding, turning to the required size, cleaning of stator, varnishing, drying, re-assembling, painting the motor to bring in original state including fixing on the foundation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

Material and labour for repair of condenser water pump of 3 phase 415v, 11kw 1450 Rpm and taking out unserviceable parts and replace with new parts of bearing and re-metaling the bearing housing shaft, repairing of coupling, repairing of gland, replacing of mechanical seal including rewinding with same gauge super enamelled copper insulated wire winding, turning to the required size, cleaning of stator, varnishing, drying, re-assembling, painting the motor to bring in original state including fixing on the foundation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

Material and labour for toping up/ charging compressure oil of non frizing type in factory sealed containers and toping up compressure oil in compressure 120TR water cooled screw chiller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L vaccumising dehydreting of 120 TR water cooled chiller AC plant and carry out pressure test with nitrogen gas for creating vaccum and hold for 24 hours for brasing, welding etc to ensure that there is no leackage in the plant/system complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge. NOTE: 1. Nitrogen gas required for maintaining the adequete pressure in the plant should be suppled by the contractor without any extra cost to the department. 2. T&P and necessary material required for maintaing the pressure in the plant should be arranged by the contrctor without any extra cost to the depatment.

Supply and filling up (in company sealed cylinder of any capacity ) for charging / top up /filling refrigerating gas R- 134a in AC plant 120TR water cooled screw chiller, in water cooled chiller and arresting the leackage complete all specified and directed. NOTE : 1. If the recharged refrigerent gas is leaked within 45 days of running of AC plant, the contractor shall recharge gas without any extra cost to department. 2. T&P and necessary material required for Charging/filling of refrigerating gas in the plant should be arrenged by the contrctor without any extra cost to the depatment.

M&L vaccumising dehydreting of 110 TR AC plant water cooled chiller AC plant and carry out pressure test with nitrogen gas for creating vaccum and hold for 24 hours for brasing, welding etc to ensure that there is no leackage in the plant/system complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge. NOTE: 1. Nitrogen gas required for maintaining the adequete pressure in the plant should be suppled by the contractor without any extra cost to the department. 2. T&P and necessary material required for maintaing the pressure in the plant should be arranged by the contrctor without any extra cost to the depatment.

Supply and filling up (in company sealed cylinder of any capacity ) for charging / top up /filling refrigerating gas R- 407 in AC plant Blue Star AC plantwater cooled screw chiller, in water cooled chiller and arresting the leackage complete all specified and directed. Material and Labour for servicing and discalling of 2x 120 TR AC plant water cooled chiller condenser at Infantry Auditorium with sulphamic chemical. including disconnecting & dismantling and re assembling of flanges of condeser. replacement of and refixing the same location complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

Material and Labour for servicing and discalling of 3x 110 TR AC Plant water cooled chiller condenser at MH with sulphamic chemical. including disconnecting & dismantling and re assembling of flanges of condeser. replacement of and refixing the same location complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

NOTE : T&P and necessary material required for repairing of cooling tower should be arrenged by the contrctor without any extra cost to the depatment.

M&L for Servicing of cooling tower of capacity 110 TR AC plant at MH Mhow by replacement of blocked/broken nozzles, Cooling tower fan and motor, cleaning descaling of complete fins including replacement of broken fin, Distributor,cleaning water tray, valves, piping etc and testing complete all as per specified and directed. NOTE : T&P and necessary material required for repairing of cooling tower should be arrenged by the contrctor without any extra cost to the depatment.

M&L for Servicing of cooling tower of capacity 25.4 TR AC plant at DET SIGNAL by replacement of blocked/broken nozzles, Cooling tower fan and motor, cleaning descaling of complete fins including replacement of broken fin, Distributor,cleaning water tray, valves, piping etc and testing complete all as per specified and directed. NOTE : T&P and necessary material required for repairing of cooling tower should be arrenged by the contrctor without any extra cost to the depatment.

Material and labour for repair AHU =04 Nos AT INFANTRY AUDITORIUM including repair of 7.5 Kw motor Servicing, greasing. cleaning of cooling coil with chemical and replacement of filters , valves with suitable sizes, any other spares required for repairing and made functional of AHU, including replacement of filters cleaning of cooling coils fixing and bring in original state, operation of AHU made functional from AC plant room complete all as directed by Engineer-in charge. NOTE : T&P and necessary material with contro cable required for repairing of AIR HANDLING UNIT should be arranged by the contrctor without any extra cost to the depatment.

Material and labour for repair AHU= 04 Nos AT MH Mhow including repair of 7.5 Kw motor Servicing, greasing. cleaning of cooling coil with chemical and replacement of filters , valves with suitable sizes, any other spares required for repairing and made functional of AHU, including replacement of filters cleaning of cooling coils fixing and bring in original state, operation of AHU made functional from AC plant room complete all as directed by Engineer-in charge. NOTE : T&P and necessary material with contro cable required for repairing of AIR HANDLING UNIT should be arranged by the contrctor without any extra cost to the depatment.

NOTE : T&P and necessary material with contro cable required for repairing of AIR HANDLING UNIT should be arranged by the contrctor without any extra cost to the depatment.

Material and labour for repair of valve manifold of chilled water pipes, replacement of insulation with 19mm class 1 nitrile rubber covering with chicken mesh and cement plaster all as specified and directed

Material & Labour for replacement of heater for hot water generator 300KW, at AC plant Infantry auditorium Including necessary wiring work, replacement of electric switches of any capacity , MCB/MCCB of exsiting capacity, thermostate, replacement of heating element 12 KW, 230 Volts ISI maks/ as per sample, quantity 25 Nos for hot water generator and made functional complete all as spcified and directed by Engineer in charge. NOTE : 1. T&P and necessary material required for repairing of HOT WATER GENERATOR should be arrenged by the contrctor without any extra cost to the depatment. 2. Testing of hot water generator should be given by the contractor for 24 hours or as directed by Engr-in-charge. 3. All the repair work should be completed by specified engineer.

Material & Labour for repairing of hot water pump cap 5kw 3 phase, overhauling and replacing bearings and mechanical seal complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in Replacement power contactor 3 phase MNX-25, TP, 25 Amps, 415V of coil voltage 220 V with aux contact 1 NO/1 NC including taking down the old unserviceable contractor complete all as specified and directed.
