S&F 15mm bore fancy type chromium plated angular stop cock , screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions complete all as specified and directed.

S & F LED lights fitting, 4 feet, 1x 18W, 220V, AC decorative box type with driver, holder including LED tube light connecting up with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size from ceiling rose complete all as specified and directed.

S & F LED decorative bollard light, 9W, 360 degree indirect light with IP 65/66 protection, resistant to impact and corrosion, glare free and better uniformity complete all as specified and directed.

S& F high bay LED luminary indoor type 120 W with high pressure die cast aluminium housing and heat resistant complete with impact and corrosion resistant including thermal management in multiple optics complete with IP 65/66 protection, with minimum lumen efficacy of 120 Lumen/watt complete all as specified and directed.

M & L flat iron strip of size 40 x 4mm for fixing highbay lights including nut, bolts etc all as specified and as directed.

S&F exhaust fan metallic steel body, single phase, 230 volts, 50 Hzs of size 300mm sweep, 900/950 RPM, heavy duty type with suitable metallic louver, blades, frame and flexible three core copper conductor cable of suitable size for connecting with ceiling rose complete including making of hole in wall and making good to the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 Mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 Mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No-3 SSR Part -1 2009 connected to earthing test point including earth wire protection pipe of dia 15 mm (light grade), excavation and earth work, disposal of surplus spoil, provn of RCC cover 50 mm thick, reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @100 mm /C/C both ways with one handle for lifting made out of 10 mm dia TMT bar embedded in precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1, cover slab of size 54 cm x 54 cm x 5 cm and PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 concrete pit, funnel with watering pipe 15 mm bore (medium grade) testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. [Note : (a) The unit rate includes for protection pipe and earth lead upto 7.5 m. Any variation in length of earth lead and protection pipe beyond 7.5 m shall be measured and paid seperately. (b) PCC pit (with pit cover) shall be provided at least 500mm away and not on the earth pit itself and cost of additional height of watering pipe, bends, elbow etc shall deemed to be included in the unit rate. Supply and Laying sub class "B" bricks laid in trenches for protection of UG cable with width equal to length of bricks, laid dry & flat complete all as specified and as directed.
