NCTPS–I - CM-circle – CM-I - Repair work to the drinking water pipeline and allied works in Administrative building at NCTPS-I.

Dewatering the stagnated water, cost including all material, machineries, tools and plants, lead, lift etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Providing, laying and jointing 63mm dia PVC pipes (having working pressure 6kg. / sq.cm) including of cutting, threading and fixing PVC specials with necessary clamps, scaffolding, cost of material, labour, lead, lift, T&P, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Providing & fixing in position 15mm dia PVC Tap of approved make & quality conforming to IS Specification including the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T&P etc complete.

Providing & fixing in position 15mm dia PVC Tap and wash basin connection hose of approved make & quality conforming to IS Specification including the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T&P etc complete.

Supplying and fixing of 5.5mm thick plain glass for windows including labour charges, lead, lift, cutting charges, T&P, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Providing and fixing in position or Solid PVC Door Shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square tubes for styles and outer frames. 15mm MS square tubes for top, lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC Sheets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including necessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mm x 30mm. The over all size of top rail, lock rail and bottom rail shall be 75mm x 30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mm x 45mm with suitable rabate for housing the shutter.

Providing wash hand basin of size 550 mm x 400 mm with all accessories suxh as cast iron brakets, 32 mm dia CP waste coupling, rubber plug and chain, 32 mm dia 'B' class G.I. waste pipe, 15 mm dia G.I. wheel valve, 15 mm dia 47 u=nylon connection, 15 mm dia brass nipples, 15 mm CP pillar tap, etc., complete.

Repairing of Aluminium doors and refixing the same using the same materials with new rubber beading, woollen felt, screws to its required position after cleaning of all sections including pivot. The rate includes the cost of all labour, accessories, lead, lift etc., complete and as per the instruction of the Engineer at site.

Providing and fixing aluminium door partly glazed and partly panelled with 8/9mm tk boards (novapan or equivalent) using both side prelaminated aluminium box section 47.62x44.45 x 1.82 mm for verticals/horizontals and bottom using 101.6x44.45x2.5mm including cost of all materials, etc., complete.

Supplying and providing health faucet for toilet, EWC Seat cover, PVC low level flushing tank with all internal fittings 10 litre capacity, including the cost of all material, labour, lead, lift, T&P, etc., complete as directed by the Engineer.

Supplying and fixing Lipped Mouth Porcelain Flat Back Urinal with all accessories such as 32mm dia Bell Mouth PVC Connection, 15mm dia GM Wheel Value, 15mm dia 'B' Class GI Waste Water Pipe, 15mm dia Nylon Connection, 15mm dia Brass Nipple etc. fixing the urinal to the wall with neccessary TW plugs, brass screws etc, connecting to water main as directed at site including the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, T&P etc. complete.

Providing Brick work in Cm 1:5 mix using fly ash bricks , including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, tools and plants etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at the site.

Plastering with CM 1:3,12mm thick, including cost of all materials, lead, lift,tools and plants etc., complete as directed by the Engineer at the site.

Providing RCC 1:1.5:3 precast slab using 10 to 12 mm HBG metal, shuttering, curring and position to place including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, transport etc, complete.

Providing one coat of colour washing using distember with Interior emulsion paint for inside wall surface including cost of materials, lead, lift, etc., complete as directed by the engineer at site.
