Supply of Manpower For Preventative / Routine Maintenance of Grid Substation as per schedule provided by Engineer Incharge.

Mobilisation of Lobour (one gang should consist of 20 person) in special case.

Erection, Connection, Testing & Commissioning all Complete work :

Dismantling of following equipments at site.

Engagement of Hydra/ Crane for routine/breakdown the maintenance work in the GSS whenever required

Add. Hrs.

Transportation of equipments/materials by up to 6 MT truck from Transmission Central Store Namkum or Other GSS/Sites within 200 KM radius to GSS Latehar.

Transportation of equipments/materials by up to 6 MT truck from Stores/GSS within 100 KM radius to GSS Latehar.

Provision of self propelled manlift with operator and their labour & statutory compliances for maintenance work in Switchyard equipments and Power Transformers.

Loading, unloading, Mobilisation and Demobilisation Charges for the self propelled manlift.

Provision of fuel for man-lift @ 4 litres/ hour for 120 hours.

Provision of fuel for 250 KVA DG set @ 24 litres/ hour for 60 hours.

Assessment of battery charger at 400/220/132 KV GSS, latehar

Maintenance and replacemnt of defective parts/ equipments of battery.

Testing transfomer oil by recognized laboratory including supply of sampling bottle

Repair and Overhauling of 3 ph Submerisble pump set including cost of materials, lifting & lay down of Submersible pump from bore well, repair of water supply pipe all complete job and Transportation cost.

Rewinding and overhauling of 3-phase motor of motorised isolator/ earthswitch, including dismantling and erection.

Rewinding and overhauling of 1-phase spring charging motor of SF6 circuit breakers including dismantling and erection.

Repair and overhauling of Fire fighting pump

Preventive & periodic maintenance of DG set including all necessary consumables used in maintenance

Supply of Consumables viz. Markin cloth, Cotton waste, cable lugs, cable ties, Brush, torch cell, Petrollium Jelly, Grease, Petrol, lubricant, WD-40 rust remover, etc., whatever required time to time for O&M work of G/S/S.

Repair / servicing / ovehauling of vacume pump of 400 KV C.B.

Air Conditioner (Split, tower and Casette type) Maintenance. In single tower type unit there are two units of AC, so for maintenance two nos. have been considered for each one tower type unit. (i) Tower Unit (x 2 nos. AC units) = 8x 2 = 16 Nos. (ii) Casette Type = 08 Nos. (iii)Split (Wall mounted) Type = 09 Nos.
