Comprehensive maintenance of 15 nos DG Set capacity of 30 kVA to 50 kVA including control panel/AMF panel for smooth functioning at various location at Jorhat for the period of one calendar month including periodically cleaning, Oiling, Greasing, topping, calibration, repair/renewal / replacement of spare parts (except item no 2.01 to 2.23), periodically testing etc by authorized competent persons of OEMs or their accredited/ authorised agencies complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge . Note for item nos 2 to 4.13 :- (i) Unit rates shall be deemed to be inclusive of taking down unserviceable parts/accessories and refixing the same after minor repairs as required, adjustments of settings, cleaning down etc and replacement with new spare parts as and when required for smooth functioning of DG Sets. (ii) Repair of DG Sets shall be carried out by authorized competent persons of OEMs or their accredited/ authorised agencies and contractor shall be submitted supporting document of authorized representative of existing OEM of DG Set to Engg-in-charge . The service charge of OEM shall deem to be included in above quoted rate. (iii) OEMs Authorised Service Centre Engineers or OEMs Certified Agencies shall visit once in a month for routine inspection and general maintenance. (iv) Labour component required for the replacement of unserviceable parts shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against this item . (v)The Contractor shall maintain service reports for all visits & breakdown visits & copy of the same will be submitted every month to the Engineer in Charge. (vi)Above major parts only shall be measured and paid separately and other parts if required for functioning of DG Set shall be provided by the contractor and the cost thereof shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted against above items . (viii) The cost of transportation and other necessary equipment shall be arranged/brought by the contractor in this effect , hence the bidder/tenderer is advised to visit the site and assess the quantum of the work to be carried out in the contract and quoted there rate accordingly

Material and labour for decoupling alternator from the DG set engine, transportation to nearest work shop for repair, dismantling parts of alternator i.e stator, rotor, slip ring, MX unit/AVR, carbon brass with holder for rewinding of armature with suitable size of super enamelled copper wire including heating vernishing providing required insulating materials for alternator cap 30-50 KVA and including, necessary inspection of OEM, reassembling , testing , re-commissioning, etc complete for smooth functioning of the equipments to ensure desired result iomplete complete all as specified and as directed.B52 Note: 1. Rates quoted deemed to be inclusive of transported to works shop.

Supply and fixing in repair of power contactor, 3 pole, 415 Volts70 amps complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing in repair of contactor, 3 pole, 415 Volts, 95 to 110 amps with auxiliary complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing in repair of contactor, 3 pole, 415 Volts, 185 to 225 amps with auxiliary complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing in repair of auxiliary contract block contactor, for MXN (2NO+2NC) 70 amps complete all as specified and directed .

Supply only cable assembly for jumper with clamp.

Replacement of trickle battery charging unit with rectifier unit 24 volt panel charging system, heavy duty capacity of approx –10 Amps.

Material and labour for servicing and opening of the radiator, cleaning with chemical and mechanical process reassembling with replacement of gaskets and cleaning of fins also and soldering on required leaked galleries for capacity from 10 KVA to 50 KVA DG Sets.

All as per item no. 13 above but 70 to 82.5 KVA DG set .

Replacement of display control of DG set 50 to 82.5 KVA

Material and labour for Repair and maintenance of Fuel Tank of 50 KVA DG set including transport of DG set to workshop and dismantling necessary parts and reassembling the same, reinstalling it back to its foundation including all necessary electrical and mechanical connection and other connection of DG set complete all as directed.

Material & Labour for earthing with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to the galvanised earth lead by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel using GI 4mm dia wire as earthing lead as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion including necessary excavation and earth work in soft/loose soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil, earth pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate pit, funnel, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe, 40mm dia GI medium grade earth lead protection pipe, CI frame and cover, wire, copper lugs etc mesh, chorcoal and common salt in alternatee layer and taking dwon old one and complete all as specified and directed .

Note: Schedule of credit (SCHEDULE OF CREDIT) amount of Rs ₹ ___________ mentioned on Page No ____ shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
