Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand paperig and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc including all labour charges, all materials minor tools & plants, transportation charges to all materials to the worksite LWC & GST etc, complete.

Providing and applying plaster of paris putty of 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth including cost of transportation of materials, cost of labour charges, minor tools. LWC, GST, etc, complete.

Applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand manufacture on walls surface including cost of cement primer, brushes, scaffolding arrangements, transportation charges, all labour charges,minor tools, etc, complete. The rate is inclusive of consumable items and GST & LWC.

Painting two coats over new wall with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand of required colour and manufacturer as directed by EIC of required colour and manufacturer to give an even shade at all locations, preparation of surface including cleaning, scrapping of the existing painted surface, cost of emulsion paint, brushes, scaffolding arrangements, transportation charges, all labour charges, minor tools, GST, LWC, etc complete.

Painting with ready mixed paint approved brand and manufacture in all shades to give an even shade, preparation of surface including cleaning scraping of the existing painted surface, cost of ready mixed paint, brushes, transportation charges, scaffolding arrangements, all labour charges, minor tools, LWC, including GST etc, complete (Old wood)

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Repairing of cracks holes, edges of beams & columns upto 7.00 mtr. Height including removing of damages plaster , concrete cleaning with wire brush, including cost of mainland river sand,scaffolding charges, wire brush , all labour charges, minor tools etc., complete including cost of all materials.LWC ,GST etc, complete.

Repairs to plastering of thickness 12mm to 20 mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.meters and under, imcluding cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete, including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge with cement mortar 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Supply and application of Epoxy concrete Bonding agent ( Conforming to and having BS 6319 certification) and over cleaned and properly prepared old concrete surface to give good bonding between pld and new concrete , including cost of all materials , minor tools etc. complete.
