Schedule 'A' -Part I (B/R Portion)

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing ), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as specified and as directed.

Cutting out bricks, forming toothing for, and bonding new work built in cement mortar 1:6 into old work including valves of new materials entering old walls and jointing and pointing, complete all as specified and as directed. (measured on vertical face in contact with old wall only)

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm below or above ground level all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, and similar works including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone wall etc including racking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Pre - cast cement concrete block masonry with solid blocks of Grade C-5.0 using 20mm graded stone aggregate exc. 10 cm in width wall built in cement mortar 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick on brick wall or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface and applying two coat of raincoat. Prime the surface with a coat of PRIME SEAL diluted with potable water in ratio 2:1 by volume prior to application of raincoat and allow it to dry for 2 to 3 hrs. Apply first coat of raincoat. Apply second coat of rain coat with an interval of 5 to 6 hrs and allow to cure for 7 days all as directed and as per manufactures instruction. Note:- Priming coat and raincoat used shall be same Make/Manufactures.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and including priming to distempering and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters without taking of shutters from the frame etc area n.exc 1.50 sqm including making holes as required for receiving PCC and to match with the existing surfaces all as specified and as directed.

S&F powder coated aluminum frame (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including jointing cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F powder coated, any colour, aluminum door shutters (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron), aluminium section weighing 0.55 Kg/ Sqm including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 02 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F powder coated, any colour, aluminum window and ventilator shutters, (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron), fixed type without sash bars, aluminium section weighing 0.55 Kg/ Sqm including necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F aluminium powder coated grill of make DG 104 (10mm thick) with DL 102 frame. 6x4.5 mm thick section 10cm centre to centre spacing complete with U-channel all round fixed in window with alum screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 5.5 mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality, area exc 0.50 Sqm each pane and fixing by means of glazing pins and rubber beading etc in aluminium partitions, windows, doors etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm of any colour having tensile strength of 550Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and as directed.

S & F of Armstrong Mineral Fibre Acoustical Suspended Ceiling System with ANF (Board) edge tiles with Armstrong 24mm exposed grid. The tiles should have Humidity Resistance (RH) of 90%, NRC 0.5, Light Reflectance ≥85%, Thermal Conductivity k = 0.052 - 0.057 w/m K, Colour White, Fire Performance UK Class 0 / Class 1 (BS 476 pt - 6 &7) in module size of 600 x 600 x 15mm , suitable for Green Building application, with Recycled content of 34%.The tile shall be laid on Armstrong Prelude38 with 24 mm wide T - section flanges colour white having rotary stitching on all T sections i.e. the Main Runner, 1200 mm & 600 mm Cross Tees with a web height of 38mm and a load carrying capacity of 15.34Kgs/sqm & pull out strength of 100Kgs. The T Sections have a Galvanizing of 90 grams per sqm and need to be installed with Suspension system of Armstrong make all as specified and as directed.

M&L for grinding, cutting & polishing of existing kota stones floor topping with mechanical grinder to achieve granite finish and wax polishing all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing ceiling board any type including aluminium frame work and refixing the frame and board after necessary adjustment/ repair in position all as specified and as directed.

Schedule 'A' -Part II (E/M Portion)

Taking down aluminium/copper point wiring (light, fan, socket or power ) complete including fittings and fixtures such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc removing materials for taking credit and making good the disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed .

Taking down submain wiring Aluminium/ copper of any size including earth continuity conductor on teak wood or conduit and removing from site and making good the disturbed surface of wall etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down existing DB SPN 8 way of any capacity and size and removing from site and making good the disturbed surface of wall etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Point wiring complete with FRLS 1100 Volts grade, 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor single core cable drawn through and including PVC Conduit concealed of suitable size medium grade ISI marked with all accessories such as bends, elbow, reducers , junction boxes /MS boxes made out of 1.6 mm thick MS sheet factory painted rectangular as required concealed in wall with top modular cover fixed with screws, for housing switches, sockets, regulators etc, including 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity wire connected to common earth dolly all as specified and as directed for the following :-

a) One light point controlled by one switch

Supply and fix MCB DB, single pole and neutral with suitable Amps rated bus bar double door 8 way 230 volt 50 HZ AC Supply complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for electronic energy meter in replacement Tamper proof three phase upto 60 Amp, 440 volt 50 Hz AC with LED display accuracy class I complete all as specified and as directed including writing MES number. Notes: (i) Old removed electronic energy meter shall be deposited in MES store (ii) Contractor shall submit details of old and new energy meter showing Qtr number , Meter Sl Number , Final Reading for old meter and initial reading for new meter , date of replacement etc.

M & L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick, buried directly in ground vertically earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below the ground level with top edge of the plate n. less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to galvanized earth wire 4 mm dia by means of blots, nuts, check nut and washer of galvanized steel, including necessary earth work and excavation in any strata and PCC 1:3:6 type C2 chamber and RCC cover and light grade GI pipe 15mm dia pipe of required length for protection of GI wire and water funnel and wire mesh with GI pipe medium grade 20mm dia etc complete all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR part - I and all directed including connections and testing on completion. Note : GI earth wire upto 7.5 RM is included in the unit rate quoted.

Supply and fix Exhaust fan (Square type) 230V single phase plastic body, sweep size 250 mm connecting up including provision of necessary wall opening and connected cement works and cable from ceiling rose or connector to exhaust fan etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of wall mounted fan of sweep 300 mm complete all as specified and as directed

Removing of old ceiling fan and refixing of new one ceiling fan of sweep 1200 mm including GI clamp with nut bolts, extension of rod necessary requirement , split pins and check nuts complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Old Ceiling fan deposited to E/M store.
