REPAIR/MAINT OF VARIOUS DG SET IN TECH AREA/SINGPUR RANGE AT AF STN GWALIOR

M/L for Maintenance and servicing of standby DG Set complete including draining out of diesel from tank , cleaning the tank thoroughly and refilling the drained out diesel, draining out engine oil from the sump, cleaning the sump thoroughly and refilling the sump with new engine oil to it’s required level, replacing the fuel filter, lubricating oil filter , check & clean air cleaner , change air cleaner elements, check coolant level & make up the same ,drain the fuel filter & water separator ,filling the starting batteries with electrolyte/distilled water to maintain the required specific gravity, replace the u/s brass connectors for batteries, cleaning of battery terminals & applying petroleum jelly to battery terminal posts & brass connectors, including M&L for changing of V-belts, checking of exhaust leakage, governor, breathers etc, adjust/set the same for proper functioning of DG Set, checking of fuel, oil and water/ coolant level etc, adjusting and keeping the fan belts to the desired tension, tightening all the bolts and nuts to the required torque etc, cleaning the DG Set with accessories as prescribed by the manufacturer and test for satisfactory running of DG set for two hour at connected load and record shall be made in respect of RPM , oil pressure , oil temprature , coolent temprature, frequency , load current , battery charging , fuel consumption etc complete all as spicified and directed by Enginner in Charge for 7.5 KVA to 30 KVA D G set /Diesel Engine driven pump set for fire fighting systems . Make - Kirloskar/CG /Ruston/Cummins/ AhokA Leyland or any make .

Engine oil for refilling will be measured and paid Seprately 2. Coolant for make up will be measured & paid separately 3. DHPP will be issued by dept for testing and top up in tank under schedule - B only. 4. The Make of Fuel filter , Oil Filter , V belt & component will be as per existing or suitable make. 5.Spray painting of DG set as per existing colour including preparation of old surfaces all as directed by Engineer -in -Charge . 6. The rate quoted against item No. 1.00 to 8.00 is deemed to be inclusive of any break down attendance / rectification during contract period with in 72 hours of complaint received. failing which penalty @ 3000.00 per day will be recoverd from work done statemenet till rectification . 7. A register for record of servicing & break down attendence shall be maintained by contract duly signed by JE /Engineer-in -Charge. 8. Cost of spares & labour charges for attending break down shall be paid under relevant item of this schedule here-in-after.

Supply and fill lubricating Engine oil off 20/40 w grade for DG Sets all as specified and directed. Make: Castrol

Supply and fill coolant for radiator all as specified and directed. Make :- TVS

Dismantling the water pump of the DG Set, taking out and replaceing with the worn out parts, refixing the water pump after repair and testing complete all as specified and directed for following D G set:-

DG set capacity up to 50 KVA .

DG set capacity 62.5 / 63 KVA .

DG set capacity 100 / 125 KVA .

DG set capacity 320 KVA to 500 KVA .

Material and labour for servicing of self-starter assembly of DG Set ,by disconnecting the self starter assembly from the engine and dismantling the self-starter assembly for followiong DG set and cleaning all accessories , replace worn out parts like carbon brush, bush, contact plates, jumping leads etc and re-tapping the field coil and varnishing all as directed for following DG set :

7.5 KVA & up to 30 KVA .

40 KVA & up to 63 KVA .

Disconnection and dismantling the fuel injector pump assembly from its original position & servicing by cleaning / oiling / servicing of fuel injector pump assembly , removing and replacement fuel injector pump repair kit & fuel pipe including calibration complete & refixing the same all as directed by Engineer-in-charge for following DG set :-

7.5 KVA & up to 30 KVA .

40 KVA & up to 63 KVA .

100 KVA & up to 160 KVA .

200 KVA & up to 320 KVA .

380 KVA & up to 500 KVA .

S&F PVC insulated standard copper conductor cable 2 mtr length each soldered with 2 Nos brass battery terminals suitable for 120/150/180 AH 12 V DC battery complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnection and taking out the turbo charger assembly complete from the Engine of any make of 100 KVA to160 KVA DG Set , strip opening of turbo charger and replacement of turbo charger repair Kit , assembling the complete part of the turbo charger and fixing back to the engine the testing and commissioning for satisfactory working complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnection and taking out the turbo charger assembly complete from the Engine of any make of 200 KVA to 250 KVA DG Set, strip opening of turbo charger and replacement of turbo charger repair Kit , assembling the complete part of the turbo charger and fixing back to the engine the testing and commissioning for satisfactory working complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnection and taking out the turbo charger assembly complete from the Engine of any make of 320 KVA to 500 KVA DG Set, strip opening of turbo charger and replacement of turbo charger repair Kit , assembling the complete part of the turbo charger and fixing back to the engine the testing and commissioning for satisfactory working complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fix in repair self starter assembly 12 volt compleate for 7.5 KVA capacity to 63 KVA DG set as per existing Make.

Supply & fix in repair self starter assembly 12 volt compleate for 100 KVA capacity to 160 KVA DG set as per existing Make.

Supply & fix in repair self starter assembly 24 volt compleate for 200 KVA capacity to 320 KVA DG set as per existing Make.

Supply & fix in repair self starter assembly 24 volt compleate for 380 KVA capacity to 500 KVA DG set as per existing Make.

M&L for repairing of canopy of DG set of capacity 500 KVA by carrying out repairing of door with replacement of broken hinges including nuts, bolts/welding etc as per requirement, cleaning of base of foundation and painting with black paint MS channel with two coats including touching of paint at cannopy where required complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair lead acid battery, DC 12 Volts, 150 AH complete all as specified and directed.
