(34) WATER SUPPLY (Building)

(34.8) Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and the cost of cutting chases and making good the same including testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer in Charge.Concealed work including cutting chases and making good the walls etc.,

(34.8.1) 15 mm nominal outer dia .Pipes.

(34.21) Providing and fixing uplasticised PVC connection pipe with brass unions :

(34.21.1) 30 cm length x 15 mm nominal bore

(34.5) Providing and fixing C.P. brass long body bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS standards and weighing not less than 690 gms.

(34.50.1) 15 mm nominal bore

(34.58) Providing and fixing PTMT Ball cock of approved quality, colour and make complete with Epoxy coated aluminium rod with L.P./ H.P.H.D. plastic ball.

(34.58.1) 15 mm nominal bore, 105 mm long. Weighing not less than 138 gms.

(56) ELECTRICAL ACCESSORIES

(56.15) Providing & Fixing of ISI marked (IS:1293) 16amp unbreakable 3 pin plug top having lamp indicator with CM/L no. printed and made out from industrial grade Polycarbonate or fire resistant ABS material, brass terminal including making connection testing etc. as required. All as per pre approved by Engineer in-charge. For additional technical parameters of products/ work, refer Annexure "A" attached with this BSR.

(56.36) Providing and fixing of power plug point with non modular accessories as per PWD specification for electrical Works with Galvanized box of 1.2 mm thick with earth terminal with suitable size phenolic laminated sheet (IS : 2036 - 1995) cover including cost of 16amp. Switch (IS :3854) and 3/6 pin 16 amp. socket outlet making connection, testing , etc. as required. For specification of Wiring accessories refer Chapter-56 related item & For additional technical parameters of product / work refer Annexure 'A' attached with this BSR

(75) REPAIRING OF FANS, COOLERS, PUMPS, MOTORS, FRIDGES & AIRCONDITIONERS

(75.42) Supplying and charging of fresh refrigerant and testing of performance of air conditioner/ fridge/ water cooler of following capacity including capillary and strainer/ filter.

(75.42.4) 25/50 / 40/80 Ltr. Water cooler

(75.42.5) 60/120 Ltr. Water cooler

(75.42.6) 150/150 Ltr. Water cooler

(75.43) Replacement of defective compressor by company repaired compressor as per OEM recommendations of following gadgets including testing etc. as required. Replacement of material or components shall be use as per guidelines of OEM of original product. All the scrap material should be retained by the contractor.

(75.43.4) 25/50 / 40/80 Ltr. Water cooler

(75.43.5) 60/120 Ltr. Water cooler

(75.44) P & Replacement of condensing/ cooling coil of copper fins for following capacity A.C./ Water cooler/ Fridge as required. Replacement of material or components shall be use as per guidelines of OEM of original product. All the scrap material should be retained by the contractor.

(75.46) P & Replacement of overload protection of A.C./ Water cooler as required. Replacement of material or components shall be use as per guidelines of OEM of original product. All the scrap material should be retained by the contractor

(75.47) P & Replacement of thermostat of A.C./ Water cooler/fridge as required. placement of material or components shall be use as per guidelines of OEM of original product. All the scrap material should be retained by the contractor.

(75.49) P & Replacement of starting relay of A.C/water cooler/fridge compressor as required. Replacement of material or components shall be use as per guidelines of OEM of original product. All the scrap material should be retained by the contractor.

(75.72) S & F of capacitor of 230V/ 275V, 50Hz rating of plastic casing and terminals -Lugs or copper wire.
