M&L for Repair to potholes depth of pot holes exc 30 mm, not exc 1Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premixed bituminous macadam (design mix) with 4 % of binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG-30 mixed in mechanical hot mixed plant and premixed material laid with mechanical paver finished including rolling to required camber and gradient (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) with 8 to 12 tonne power roller to required compaction, complete all as specified and directed. Note: The quantity of bitumen shall be provided as per Design mix approved by GE. (The cost of transportation of the material to the Govt approved lab and design mix charges shall be borne by the contractor). for the purpose of quoting, the contractor shall consider 4% binder by weight of total mix. However, the work shall be executed as per approved design and price adjustment shall be done only for variation (plus or minus) in quantity of binder priced at supply only rate of bitumen (as per purchase voucher of main producer).

M&L for Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud vegitation grass etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG-10 @ 5 Kg / 10 Sqm and bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 30mm consolidated thickness using crushed graded stone aggregate mixed with binder content of paving bitumen VG-30 with 5.5% binder contents by weight of total mix by using self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 Tonne capacity power roller including preparation of bitumen carpet in digital computarized weigh batch hot mix plant, complete all as specified. Note: The quantity of bitumen shall be provided as per Design mix approved by GE. M&L 75 mm thick (avg compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregate of grading 2 (Limestone, Sand stone, Flint or Quartzite of 63 to 40 mm size) or grading 03(50 to 20mm size) spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick (avg compacted thickness) WBM except material (material obtained under Srl item No 4 shall be used) spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud vegitation grass etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc and applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG-10 @ 10 Kg / 10 Sqm and bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete 40mm consolidated thickness using crushed graded stone aggregate mixed with binder content of paving bitumen VG-30 with 5.5% binder contents by weight of total mix by using self propelled mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 Tonne capacity power roller including preparation of bitumen carpet in digital computarized weigh batch hot mix plant, complete all as specified. M&L for painting lines, arrow, dashes, letters etc on roads, pavements 10 cm wide providing & applying 2 mm thick marking strips (with reflective glass beads on top) of specified shade/colourusing hot thermoplastic material fully/semi automatic application machine fitted with profile shoe heater driven by experienced operator on road surface including preparation of new/previously treated surfaces, cleaning surface of all dirt, scales, oils, grease & foreign materials etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Dual directional reflective cat eye of aluminium casted stud 100x100mm having micro cube corner spark glow reflector white/ red/ yellow on side provided with steel zinc plated nail of dia 12mm of length 120mm for fixing to road by hammering etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair solar cat eye alunimum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to IS) of size 125mm x 125mm of high efficiency Moncrystalline solar panel 2.4V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 MCD complete all as per manufactures instructions and all as specified and directed.

M&L for 80cm dia convex mirror made from single piece polycarbonate sheet not less than 2 mm thick mounted on PVC frame and fixed on 50mm bore 2.25m high stainless steel pipe (wall thickness 1.6mm) embedded in PCC 30cmx30cmx45cm deep below ground of mix 1:3:6 type C-1 including necessary earthwork/ excavation etc complete all as specified and directed.

Solar road delineator with 6 LEDs of red/yellow colour housed in plastic body with LEDs, solar-cells, battery and light sensor well protected in polycarbonate sheet; device protected with powder coated wire mesh cage, equipped with solar system mounted over 47mm dia of 16 gauge wall thickness CRC steel tube powder coated of total height 1000mm having sheet foot for firm grip to base. Delineator to have additional reflective bands equipped with solar system workable for 2-3 days (nights) after full charge of 8-10 hours, including excavation in any strata and embedding in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 of size 30cm x 30cm x 40cm, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs yellow and black plastic speed bump made up of ABS materials to highly reflective reflector moulded in EMMA material welded with ABS base plate through ultrasonic welding process of size 350mm lenth and width of 263mm with working width of 250mm, height 53mm and weight appx 1200gm for each piece, complete all as specified and directed.

Notes : The Schedule of Credit amount shall be deducted from the total of this schedule (BoQ) to arrive at Contract Sum.
