Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for fo undations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (Not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, depth upto 1.5mtr. including disposal of excavated earth upto 1 mtr from cutting edge, disposed earth is to be levelled and neatly dressed in: All Kinds of soil.

Laying of dry-stone soiling of any thickness in horizontal level, hand packed including cost of stone.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- All work upto plinth level. 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size). Using crushed Stone:

Random Rubble masonry with hard stone from nallah in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement: 6 coarse sand: 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) at plinth level with Cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement: 6 coarse sand)

Providing and laying damp-proof course 50mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size). Using Nallah Stone:

Providing and fixing upto floor five level precast cement concrete solid blocks including hoisting and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand), cost of required centring, shuttering and complete 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) (A) Crushed

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts ans sturts, etc. upto floor five level excluding cost of centring, shuttering, fmishing and reinforcement. 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete. Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.

Centring and shuttermg including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for: Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and centilevers.

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make,made of required size M.S. laths interlocked togetherthrough their entire length and jointed together at the endby end locks mounted on specially designed pipe shaftwith brackets, side guides and arrangements for insideand outside locking with push and pull operation completeincluding the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5cm long wire springs manufacture from high tensile steelwire of adequate strength confirming to IS 4454 part1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters. 80x1.20 mm M.S. laths with 1.20 mm thick top cover.

Providing corrugated G. S. sheet roofing including vertical/ curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G. I limpet washers or with G. I. limpet washers filled with white lead and including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surface)excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.63mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275gm/m2

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. Layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- All work upto plinth level.1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size). Using Crushed Stone.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 ( 1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 50mm thick with 20mm nominal size stone aggregate. (a) Crushed.

15mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand).
