Thorough Scrapping of old plasted surface

Painting two coats with ready mixed plastic emulsion paints of first class quality and of approved colour over a existing coat including through scraping clean removal of dirt etc, complete and including cost of necessary plaster of paris, putty, brushes, wherever required and all labour charges, scaffolding charges etc., complete as per standard specification.

Painting old iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the departmental officers before use on works.)

Special design art work with first class quality enamel paint including wall putty, priming coat etc complete and all other incidential charges if any as per standard specification

Plastering walls with cement mortar 1:4 (one part of cement four part of sand) 12 mm thick including all cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc. complete as per standard specification.
