Notes : (i)The contractor should be in possession of valid electrical license to execute electrical works. (ii) Supervisor for execution of electrical works/ electrical component of works employed by the contractor shall possesses supervisor certificate of competency issued by concerned State Government/ Union Territory and the worker/ tradesmen for execution of electrical works/ electrical component of works shall hold necessary permit issued by concerned State Government/ Union Territory. Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 metre wide and not exc. 1.50 mtr depth for laying of underground cable, erection of poles etc. and getting out in soft/loose soil including separating serviceable cable protection PCC cover for re-use at site obtained during excavation complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soils) not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand cushioning by spreading in trenches crushed sand by gently punning down manually as in cable protection all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, type-I, flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting existing road/hard standing not exc 45 cm x 45 cm in wide & depth getting out excavated material for laying GI tube including returning filling & well rammaing watering finish surface and provision of 10 cm concrete using PCC 1:3:6 type C2 from top, including removal of surplus soil etc complete all as specified and directed.

S& F in replacement of GI steel tubing medium grade 100 mm dia for laying in ground, along the pole in coping, road crossing etc for cable protection including necessary fittings , clamps for supports, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Laying or fixing or passing through pipe, XLPE insulated, ISI marked armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 150 Sqmm 3.5 core in trenches, along the wall including necessary connection and providing cable lugs as required including disconnection/taking down of existing unserviceable etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for provn of Earthing complete with M.S. galvanized earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below normal GL) with top edge of the plate not less than 2.50 M below normal GL, connected to Galvanized earth strip 32x6mm upto 7.5 mtr with protection pipe by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of GI or steel incl excavation, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 chamber with RCC cover (1:2:4) type B0, 40 mm thick reinforced with 6 mm dia bar, 3 Nos. both way, 40mm dia light grade GI protection pipe, funnel with wire mesh,watering pipe of size 20 mm dia med. grade, lugs, main Earthing lead upto 7.5 mtr incl. Charcoal dust, salt etc. all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Pt-I 2009 specification complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix fans ceiliing with BLDC motor complete with blade, canopy, down rod, mounting hook, rubber insulator etc, the colour of fan shall be of Elegant White/Dubai white/ White CF with remote control alongwith batteries and accessories 230 V, 1200 mm sweep, 26/28/32 watt, BEE 5 Star rated complete including takingdown old unserviceable fan all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Havells (Efficiencia Neo (BLDC 26 W) /Orient (Orient ECO TECH PLUS - RC ) / Bajaj (ENERGOS 32 ) Note : (i) Unserviceable ceiling fans shall be deposit to MES store. Note : (ii) A sum of Rs 22,350.00 towards sch of credit shall be deducated to arrive the contract sum.
