Construction of granular sub-base (grading-1) by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 45-63mm to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, screening Type-B to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405.

Construction of un-reinforced, plain cement concrete pavement,thikness as per design, over a prepared sub base with 43 grade cement @ 310 kg per cum, coarse and fine aggregate conforming to IS 383, maximum size of coarse aggregate not exceeding 25 mm, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity appropriate weight batcher using approved mix design,laid in approved fixed side formwork,spreading the concrete with shovels,rakes,compacted using needle,screed and plate vibrators and finished in continious oparation including provision of contraction and expansion, construction joints and construction joints,admixtures as approved,curing of concrete slabs for 14 days,curing compound ,finishing to lines and grades as per drawing.

Providing and laying filter media with granular crushed aggregates as per specification to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and providing over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall, return wall to the full height, compacted to firm condition complere as per drawing and techncial specification clause 1204.3.8

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete in super structure as per drawing and technical specification Clause 800,1205.4 and 1205.5

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in super-structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications No-1000 & 1200

Wearing Coat Providing and laying cement concrete wearing course M 30 grade including reinforcement complete as per drawing and technical specification Clause 800 and 1206.3

Providing and laying cut stone on road or shoulders with 25x15x10cm size dressed cut stone over WBM surface including providing average 3cm thick stone dust for leveling cost and joint filling with coarse sand and 5% Bitumen mix including all cost of Labour, Fuel wood, T&P etc required for proper completion of the work (including cost of cut sone, stone dust. coarse sand and bitumen)
