Dismantling of floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement morter bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to the stores and rubbish off out of Mod land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor including finishing surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick first quality (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm as in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles with and including over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed coloured ceramic tiles as on vertical surfaces of size (450x300)mm x 7mm thick first quality, set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the tiles with and including over 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for vitrified tiles light shade 8 to 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, double charged, area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm as in floors and skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work/ stone masonry built in cement or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc of any description including removing the debris from site to outside MoD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for anodised aluminium power coated /anodised (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) window and ventilator shutters, side hung type, without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 no.), hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 no.), suitable handle (1 no.) etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Scafolding upto four storey bldg shall be deemed to be included in unit rates.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster on fair faces on brick or concrete surfaces of wall in cement motar (1:4), surface finished even and fair without using extra cement mixed with water proofing compound by weight as per manufacturer's instructions upto including 4 storey bldg with using necessary sacffolding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick cement plaster on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls in cement mortar (1:6) including finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement upto four storey bldg including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10 mm thick cement plaster on concrete surfaces of ceilling in cement mortar (1:4) including finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement upto four storey bldg including necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation for newly plastered surface of ceiling and applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note:- Scafolding upto four storey bldg shall be deemed to be included in unit rates.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls, and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint 100% acrilic of approved white or coloured complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. M&L for preparation of plastered or un plastered old decorated surfaces of walls, removal of nails etc and filling cracks/hole by applying cement base wall care putty and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint 100% acrylic of approved white or coloured complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Scafolding upto four storey bldg shall be deemed to be included in unit rates.

M&L for preparation of plastered or un plastered old decorated surfaces of ceiling filling cracks/hole by applying cement base wall care putty as required (multipurpose mixer shall be used for uniform and proper mixing of putty) and applying one coat of oil emulsion distemper white or coloured complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood and wood based surface of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width & girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel & steel based surface of any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width & girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
