Taking down carefully undergound cables of any sizes for testing, meggering and keeping serviceable cable and cable protection old bricks in safe costody for re-use with making good distubed surfaces,trenches or walls, floors etc complete all as specified & directed .

Supply and laying cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded,galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 120 Sqmm x 3.5 core complete all as specified & directed .(Make Polycab/Finolex/Glostar/Havells).

All as per item No-2 above but for 95sqmm 3.5 core.

All as per item No-2 above but for 70 sqmm 3.5 core.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layer not exceeding 25 Cm complete all as specified & directed.

Removing of excavated material not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 50 M above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for laying of bricks locally available sub class 'B' bricks (old size) for cable protection cover laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable prependicular to the direction of cable complete all as specified & directed.

Cutting Bituminous road in,making good with facing where required and pointing exc.30 cm. but not exc.1.0 mtr. girth to ends or edges of landing, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels,etc.and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring,laying of cables and making good with old shape and size complete all as specified & directed.

Repair/maintainace of LT cable faults by disconnecting and taking out old existing defective LT cable of any sizes,in any position from trench/duct, removing/excavating the outer surface of cable, examining cable and joints for defects and ascertaining suitability of cable for reuse, cutting out the defective portion of cable/joint, including taking out old serviceble PCC cable covers/Bricks or GI pipe of any type/sizeand relaying the cable with old bricks after repair/replacement of cable / jointing kit of any make or size of existing then make good the excavated area by returning/filling the same complete all as specified & directed. ( NOTE:- Using of new GI pipe or new jointing kit will be paid separately in concerned items )

Repair and maintenance of broken door of LT indoor/outdoor feeder pillar box/ LT panel by welding or any other repair work as per site requirement repair/ maintenance of hinges, replacement of locking system and ensure open/close the door smoothly, repair/ maintenance of bus bar if any, replacement of MCBs & MCCBs where necessary , providing all necessary arrangement nut bolt thimbles, lugs ferrules, glands of suitable and replacing the old worn out internal wirings by suitable size of FRLS copper cable complete all as specified and directed. M&L for Painting of LT outdoor/indoor Feeder pillar box/ LT panel with two coats of synthetic enamel paint, smoke grey colour (1st quality) over a coat of primer by preparing the surface area by rubbing and scraping old rusted areas and welding/patching with new MS sheet make good as its won position before the 1st coat of complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out old un-serviceable Solar Water heater from any height or any position with checking and disconnecting its hot and cold water pipe lines connection and unserviceable parts ,such as heating chamber, collecting pannel,hot water tank, water reservers and water make up tank etc and replace the minor spare parts and accessories including adequete/existing length and size inlet/outlet hot/cold water pipes connected with Solar water heater system and refitting the same in its own position including servicing the all parts and equipments of existing Solar Water Heater complete with De-scaling of Flat type collector with suitable water softening agent or by circulating mild acidic solution through the collector pipes and drain out the scaling materials from the collector of capacity 500 LPD of Make/Model:-Racold ( Omega Max 8 ) and testing complete all as specified & directed.
