Taking down carefully by unscrewing from clamp / saddles plates air termination rods with GI supporting pipe for reuse at site or carrying the MES store complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Refixing GI/Aluminium strip retrived against item No-1 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Refixing air termination rods with GI supporting pipe retrived against item No-1 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing gun metal , gate vavle 20 mm bore with iron wheel head , screwed both ends from iron pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing bib taps 15 mm bore standard of PTMT any colour high pressure screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 15 mm bore medium grade laid in trenches/floor/ along pole for cable/earth strip protection/watering for earthing with proper size of clamps, nuts ,bolts and washer for fixing GI pipe etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting of existing water supply main any size upto 15/20 mm for taking branch connection of size 15mm including insertion of tee unequal all as required at site or complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement Earth Pit cover Polypropylene, HD PVC Earthing Champer cover of height not less than 280mm Dia of bottom not less than 13'' complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour in replacement for brazing in repair work for copper strip not exc. 2.5 cm in length and not exc. 6mm in thickness complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour in replacement for funnel suitable for each pit Complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour mixture of copper sulphate, magnesium sulphate , graphite of equal quantity all around earthing strip/rod in any type of soil to needs treatment to lower earth resistance complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour mixture of salt dust and charcoal dust/breeze equal quantity all around earthing strip/rod in any type of soil to needs treatment to lower earth resistance complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Exc in trenches not exceeding 900 mm in width, 400 mm in length and not exceeding 3 mtr in depth in any type of soil for checking/replacement of unserviceable rusted earth plate, protection pipe, strip etc including returning filling in after replacement of unserviceable items complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: Material to be replaced will be measured and paid seperately.

Supply and fixing in replacement Copper plate earth electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 3mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement Galvanized iron earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Replacement ceramic type earthing insulator incl 02 Nos of suitable size screw for fixing the old type of earthing strip on wll/roof complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Plastic water tank cap 500 ltr, approved quality including suitable size of float valve complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 25 mm bore medium grade laid in trenches/floor/ along pole for cable/earth strip protection/watering for earthing with proper size of clamps, nuts ,bolts and washer for fixing GI pipe etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing gun metal , gate valve 25 mm bore with iron wheel head , screwed both ends from iron pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in deep and getting out in any type of soil for laying of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick all complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated soil n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Air termination, single pointed aluminium rod 12mm dia and 300mm long to wall/roof/pipes with suitable clamps of MS with bolt and nut etc required at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Aluminium strip 20 x 3.15mm with saddles and fixing screws etc. for roof conductors and down conductors above ground Complete all specified and directed.

Galvanised iron strip 32 x 6mm buried in ground or fixed to wall etc for loop esrthing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement for aluminum strip 25x3.15 mm as roof conductor or down conductor or along the pole/pipe complete with saddles/ insulators made out of porcelain or fibere and fixing screws complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

GI Tubing 40 mm bore light grade laid in trenches/floor/along pole of cable/ earth strip protection with proper size of clamps, nuts, bolts and washer for fixing lighting conductor etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

PCC 1:2:4 TYPE B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in benching including weathring slightly chamfered angle and finishing exposed even and smooth including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling & taking down old U/S earthing & Material & Labour for earthing complete with copper earth plate elect rode 600x600x3mm thick buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 3 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level connected to copper strip 20x3mm size as earthing lead by means of soldering/brazing and bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of brass, GI protection pipe light grade 40mm bore up to test point 20mm dia GI watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, PCC pit 1:2:4 type BI, RCC cover with suitable handle, earth pit filled with ground enhancing material i.e. mixture of copper sulphate, magnesia sulphate, graphite power etc mixed in equal quantity all around earth plate up to 150 cm and filled with vegetable soil above GEM up to ground level earth work in any type of soil all as required and directed including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling & taking down old U/S earthing & Material & Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm burried directly in ground not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5mtr below normal ground level connected to the Galvanised iron strip 32x6mm size by means of welding,bolts ,nuts,check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and 32x6mm GI strip procted by provision of GI light grade pipe 40 mm bore incl provision of concrete pit in PCC1:2:4 type B-I , using 20 mm graded stone aggregates with 40 mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 Kg /Sqm and 6mm dia bar handle ,excavation and earth work in any type of soil ,charcoal dust and salt light grade GI watering pipe 20 mm bore with funnel and wire mashand medium grade GI protection pipe 15mm bore 5 Mtr long and GI strip upto main earthing of pole complete all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of MES Sch 2009 Part-I complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling & taking down old U/S earthing & Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanised cast iron earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6.3mm thick busied directly in ground less than 3.0m deep below normal ground level as earth electrode with top edge of the earth plate not less than 2.25mtr below ground level using GI wire 4mm dia as earth continuity conductor connected to earth plate by means of welding, GI thimbles, nuts, bolts & washers all as directed including providing earth wire protection pipe GI light grade15mm dia from earth plate to main switch board/panel, watering pipe 20mm dia with wire mesh and funnel at top, earth pit and RCC pit cover with handle of angle iron frame of size 40 x 40 x 6mm in PCC 1:3:6 adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt and kalmi shora all around the earth plate, earth work in any type of soil remaining surplus excavated material all as required at site and specified in EP No 5 of SSR part I 2009 or complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge and incl testing on completion.

Dismantling & taking down old U/S earthing & M&L in replacement for maint free chemical earthing pit for Electric Equipement/lightening protection comprising of 3 Nos copper earthing Electrode Compound filled Model 80 MTPBC, Length 3000mm internal strip size 50X6 Copper electrode diameter 80 mm as per existing Make. Fixed in Three different earth pit of size 3.3 mtr deep placed in a triangular position at a distance 3 mtr each, earth pit filled with earth gel with hardener Soil Resistivity improvement Powder Compound as per existing Make (hygroscopic in nature) earth electrodes inter connected using copper strip of size 25 mm x3 mm and one test point made of copper plate of size 75x75x3mm thick connecting to all three earth pits using copper strip of size 25x3 mm with soldering or brazing all as required including boring hole for earth pits and removal of surplus soil , refilling of vegetation soil and earth pits FRP Earthing chamber cover earthing pit .Earthing Chamber FRP 420mm (Top),340mm (Base),210mm Height for test points and FRP Based Earthing Display Board with support stand , FRP coated width 254mm,Length-380mm, Height 610mm., complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Construction of earthing pit of suitable size internal dimensions with 25 cm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 20 mm graded broken stone aggregate sub base of floor, 50 mm PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 ( using 20 mm graded curshed stone aggregate) in earthing pit cover even and fair without using extra cemnet one brick work in CM 1:4 rending 15 mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 including 3 mm thick MS Sheet pit frame 30x30 cm including suitable size of MS funnel with xpm jallli complete wiht lifting arrangement having provision of lifting handle including 2 coats of synthetic enament paint over one coat of red oxide primer to steel surface and exacavation in soft/ loose soil, returning filing and removal of surplus soil up to 50 mtr distancce complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Repair / replacement of earthing pit cover 40 mm thick made of RCC 1:2:4 reingorced with XPM weight not less than 4 kg / sqm incl 6 mm dia bar handle and angle iron frame of size 40x40x4 mm and funnel complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
