Material & Labour for Coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 300x 450x 7-8 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 10mm thick cement plaster in ement mortar 1:4 as backing coat on fair faces on stone surface complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring of size 550*550*18-22mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror polishing complete, over and including cement screed bed 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) base including rubbing and mirror polishing, and half nose moulding (bull nosing) etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 19.00 but pre-polished kota stone as in vertical surfaces such as skirting and risers over and including 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar (1:4) on brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Granite work (Jet/Telephonic Black) 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, counter basins, urinal partitions etc. and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade of following types and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the surfaces and half nose moulding (bull nosing) etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for 50 mm thick Cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection with fair finished complete. Note : Joints 12 mm wide to the full depth of PCC shall be provided at every 3 meters and at every change of direction and shall be filled with mixture of bitumen and sand 1:3 by weight. Cost of this provision shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate for concrete in plinth protection complete all as specified and directed.
