M&L for dismentling of existing unservicable broken long rail and S& F new long rail of GI pipe Med grade 32 mm bore ISI marked including threading at both ends complete all as specified and directed Make : Jindal/TATA/BST

M&L dismentling of unserviceable short rail and cutting of old long rail from Srt No. 14.02 to the required size for short rail including rethreading at both ends complete all as specified.

Removing of Old u/s legs of Charpoy and S&F of new legs made out of old broken short rails retrieved from item Sr No 14.03 above by cutting and threading at one end and fixing 3mm thick base MS circular plates of 50 mm dia duly painted at other end as directed by Engr - in - Charge.

M&L dismentling of existing unserviceable elbow GI three way and S&F new elbow GI three way suitble for GI pipe med grade 32 mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of unserviceable check nut 6 mm thick suitable for 32 mm bore to GI pipe charpoy of approved make complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing flat MS iron 02 Nos of size 50mmx6mm thick , 900 mm long providing 02 Nos of holes /drilled in each flat iron for tightening plywood on flat iron along with longrail with countersunk screws/suitable nuts, bolts and washers on both sides of flat MS iron and including preparation of surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide/primer, Complete all as directed by the Engineer - in- Charge. Note : One Number of MS flat iron strip 50mmx6mmx900mm long is measured as one unit.

Supply and fixing MS Iron Strips 08 Nos of size 50mmx6mm, 75mm long duly holed/drilled for tightening plywood and strip with countersunk screws/suitable nuts, bolts and washers and welded to rails of charpoys each side 02 Nos strips including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide/primer, Complete all as directed by the Engineer - in- Charge. S&F in replacement of unserviceable top of bed hard steel to be made of 12 mm thick (7Ply) commercial plywood BWR, conforming to IS 303-1989 and ISI marked and to be fixed with appropriate sizes of MS nuts, bolts and washers without having any joints. make : Kit ply/Green Ply/Century ply shape and size as per drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

REPAIR TO HEAD BOARD : Removing of unserviceable Head Rest board and S&F new head Rest board to be made of 18 mm thick Exterior grade MDF board as approved shadeAction Tesa/Novapan/Green Pannel Max (ISI Marked) with PVC beading all around , fixing with suitable screws to cleats of the head board as specified on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

REPAIR TO FOOT BOARD : As per Srl No. 16.02, but Foot Board.

M&L Scrping of existing coats of paints filiing, finishing and painting of Bed hard steel with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (Make : Berger/Asian) with spray after giving a primer coat with red oxide and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismentling of unserviceable bushes of locking asembly and S&F new MS bushes of locking assemly as directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L painting of chair steel frame with two coat of synthethic enamel paint of white shade Make : Berger/Asian paints after removing the rubber shoes and complete removal of existing coat of paint, including preparation of old surface by mild grinding, applying a coat of red oxide primer all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F PVC hard rubber shoes to Chair veranda as approved by Engr-in-charge.

REPAIR TO CHAIR DINING -2 (TP) :

S&F in replacement of unserviceable seat and back of chair dining long back and upholstering the same as per existing pattern with seat and back with 100 mm thickness 40 density as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

M & L for melamine polshing on wooden surfaces exposed to view after completion of upholstery work. quality of polish shall be as approved by GE complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

REPAIR TO CHAIR SCHOOL WITH HAND BOARD (FD/E6/MAP/05) :

Removing of existing unserviceable complete seat of chair and S&F new PVC seat frame of approved brand and color with suitable screws including tightening of loose joints of existing frame before fixing the seat with steel frame as shown in drg as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of unserviceable writing hand board in any position, S&F new hand board with suitable size of screws with PVC liping made out of 18/19 mm thick exterior grade MDF prelaminted board of approved shade Make : Bhutan Board/Novapan/Green Pannel Max (ISI Marked) shape and size all as specified on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F the clips for tightening of the bottom tray with suitable screws/nuts bolts to the frame as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Repairs of damaged parts, scraping of existing coat of paints filing, finishing and painting of Chair School with hand board with two coats of synthetic enamel paint in black colour (make Berger/AsianPaint) after giving a primer coat with red oxide and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F hard PVC shoes of best quality as approved by Engr-in-Charge.

REPAIR TO BED HARD WITH PLYWOOD TOP (FD-246/247) :

S&F in replacement of unserviceable top of bed hard to be made of 12 mm thick commercial plywood BWR grade conforming to IS 303-1989 of ISI marked and to be fixed with 25 mm long steel secrew without having any joints, shape and size, all as specified on drg or as directed by Engr-in-Charge. make : Green ply/Archid/Kit Ply/Century Ply.

S&F in replacement long rail shall be First class class hardwood well seasoned teak wood free from cracks and dead knots, shape and size, all as specified on drg or as directed by Engr-in-Charger.

HEAD REST : Outer ply all as specified and directed, to be replaced by 3/4 mm thick plywood one side teak face and inner side commercial ply wood BWR grade ISI marked IS 303-1989 including teakwood beading all round and 1/2 cut 12 mm dia beading made to shape as shown on drg or directed by Engr-in-charge. Make : Green ply/Archid/Kit Ply.

FOOT REST : All as per Srl No. 39.03 above.

M&L for french polishing and normal repair of existing Bed ply top like mild grinding of outer surface, hamering of nails fill up of micro cracks with fevicol and wooden putty etc complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

REPAIR TO CHAIR WRITING STEEL(TP)

Labour for removing the existing worn out/ unserviceable seat of chair Writing and S & F new seat frame of size 500x450mm made from 12 mm thick Hot pressed Plywood with moulded polyurethane Foam 50mm thick with density 50-55 Kg per cubic Mtr, duly upholstered with fabric of approved quality and shade, duly stitched with PVC lipping all round after tightening the existing frame by welding all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per Sl. No. 40.01 but for Back of Chair Writing of size 500x450mm

S&F Rubber Stoppers with appropriate size of MS screws

Labour for scrapping down the old painted steel surface for carrying out repairs and filling with putty to obtain even surfaces applying primer to surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade by Engr-in-Charge over one coat of red oxide primer by spraying machine all as specified and directed for the Engr-in-Charge.
