Erection of metallic pole of following length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc., as required. Above 8.0 meter and up to 10.0 meter

Supply, Transporting, Loading and Unloading of 9 meter M.S street lightning tubular pole with well primer finishing .Bottom dia 114 mm, top dia 75mm, thickness 3mm.

Providing and fixing of single arm street light bracket. Length 1 meter dia 60mm and fixing suitable for 75 mm dia pole top.

Supply and installation of 70 watt LED street lights (IP66,PF-.95,BIS,LM79,LM80 certificate.) suitable fixing for 60mm dia light bracket.

Supply and installation of 125 Amp,415volt Outdoor Automatic on/off Lighting control panel.

Supply and fixing PG(Parallel glove) clamp small for light connection.

Provide and laying of 3c X 35 sq mm + 16 sq mm+ 25 sq mm AB cable 1.1kv grade.

Supply and laying of 3.5 core X 50 sq mm pvc insulated , pvc sheathed aluminum armoured cable 1.1 Kv grade.

Supplying and erection of galvanized 'D' iron clamps complete with shackle insulator (100 mm X 110 mm), G.I. bolts, nuts and washers, coach screws etc. as required

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminum lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminum conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required. 3½ X 50 sq. mm (35mm)

Providing and making steel pole collar with cement concrete (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 stone aggregate 20mm) of specified size and shape including form work, plastering if required, curing etc as required. (volume of pole/ pipe not to be deducted) 135 pole X 0.114 cum/pole=15.39 cum

Earthing with G.I earth pipe 4.5 meters long,40 mm dia including accessories ,providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having looking arrangement and watering pipe etc., with charcoal and salt as required.

Painting with aluminum paint , approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade ,Two or more coats on new work no of pole 135 X 3.23 sqm/pole

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel p rim e. all complete for anti climb guard.13 kg for one no guard.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.
